Constraction reviews in Columbus, Ohio

The ceiling in our kitchen had some strange peeling and, after receiving a recommendation from a neighbor, we called Imperial Drywall. We had a very tight timeline and they generously adapted to it in order for the next stage of our project to begin on schedule. All the workers work polite, hardworking, and cleaned up after the project. The ceiling looks perfect thanks to Imperial Drywall.

We needed our ceiling texture fixed after we patched 3 pendant light holes. The technical was AMAZING!! The pattern matched the rest of the ceiling, he was super clean (used plastic and blocked off the kitchen) and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend, will definitely use the for future projects!!!

It's hard to find good contractors these days, but Imperial Drywall stands out as a shining star! The previous owner of my house did a horrid patch job on a couple areas of the ceiling from a roof leak so I was looking to have the areas replaced and then restomped to match the existing texture. Imperial discussed my options, provided quotes and scheduled the job very quickly. When it comes to matching pre-exisiting texture, its quite difficult but they did an incredible job. They were prompt, professional and cleaned up up well. I'd highly recommend them!

The crew that work on my project did an amazing job on my ceiling. From start to finish, they skimmed and smoothed both of my bathrooms within 24 hours. They were professional and left the area cleaner than when they began. If you are looking for drywall work, Imperial Drywall is the company you want doing the work!!!

Imperial Drywall is an awesome contractor. We had an emergency which required drywall demolition; re-installation of the drywall; wall repair; mudding, taping and sanding; baseboard removal and re-installation; removal and replacing of W2W carpet; and painting.

Imperial responded quickly, and kept on a very challenging schedule. We will use Imperial again and again. We are extremely pleased with both the dependable service, and with the very high quality of the work.

Imperial Drywall has been one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. Imperial gets our highest possible recommendation.

Everyone we encountered was courteous and helpful. The team that did our repairs were friendly and respectful. The job was more extensive than originally planned yet they honored the quote. Drywall repair can be very messy but they left job site very clean both days. Great work!

The team from Imperial Drywall LLC did an excellent job replacing 2-feet of drywall all around my basement walls. They were very punctual, polite and professional. I found them to be very reasonably priced as well and would also for that reason definitely refer them to family and friends. Thank you for your quick and great work.

Imperial Drywall was recommended to me, and I can see why: the work they did is impeccable! Professional, exceptional service and detailed to the nth degree. We had a small leak in our roof, which had been poorly repaired in the past. Recent heavy rains exposed the issue when water started to drip into our kitchen. Imperial Drywall to the rescue!! They repaired the interior damage, in less than 3 hours, and seamlessly blended the textured ceiling and patch so you cannot even tell it was repaired. Truly, Lucio & his team are experts, and I am so grateful for their excellent craftsmanship.

Nothing but praise and compliments to Imperial Drywall. We had repairs to 3 different ceiling areas in our home. They did a great job putting up plastic and tarping areas where work was being done to minimize dust from spreading and protecting furniture, flooring, etc. They worked efficiently and matched ceiling texture as close to perfect short of retexturing entire ceilings. Definitely recommend Imperial Drywall and will use them again if needed in the future.

Imperial Drywall have completed 2 projects at our home. The first project was new drywall installation for an addition in our basement and the other was ceiling repair work in our family room that was caused by plumbing leak.
In both instances, our experience was EXCEPTIONAL. They were quick with the quote, reasonably priced, showed up when they said they would, and did excellent work.
We have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and Imperial is at the top of the list for every meaningful category.
We have future work planned at our home and will insist that Imperial do the drywall for that project.

Excellent team, excellent customer experience.

This company did a amazing work on our home, I’m very happy we chose them. The crew was very nice, hard working, trust worthy and completed the job quickly. We are very happy we chose them!

Imperial Drywall did a fantastic job! We had to drywall our upstairs ceilings (over plaster) and my wife and I had a lot of anxiety about the project and the unknowns. Lucio and team were fantastic – very responsive, great communication, the team was thorough and a lot of time and care to prepping the site to keep things as clean as possible. Highly recommend!

Imperial Drywall removed a 9 foot section of wall in our kitchen and patched the surrounding drywall walls and ceiling. They were reasonably priced, scheduled the work quickly and completed the job for the quoted price while maintaining an incredibly clean work space. All of their workers were communicative and respectful, and clearly very skilled. We are very happy with the work they completed and would recommend them to anyone with a project to complete!

I cant say enough good things about our experience with Imperial Drywall! They were so quick to respond with quote and to schedule service and they did incredible job! Very happy and would highly recommend!

They installed drywall in our basement. Their price was lower than the other bids I received and their work is top notch. I highly recommend.

The work Imperial Drywall completed was great, we are very happy with the results, if the review was solely based off that I would give 5/5 stars. The workers were respectful of our home and thorough. Lucio also was wonderful to work with and guided us to help stay within our budget.

We had some poor communication with timing and schedule. We were given a two hour window of arrival one day. No one came during the given window, I had to reach out to figure out what was going on. Another time, we were given a window and no one showed. I again reached out and was informed no one would be coming and we needed to reschedule altogether- this was not a big deal but we just would have appreciated more proactive communication as we both were adjusting our schedules to make sure someone was home during the work.

I highly recommend this company for all your remodel or repair needs. The employees were very professional and courteous and kept me informed of each step they were taking. They did an excellent job and the cleanup was excellent!

Imperial drywall did a GREAT JOB re spakling our dinning room after we removed wallpaper. This is 2nd time we used them with EXCELLENT RESULTS. They were courteous and cleaned up.

Highly recommend!!!!

I had a plumbing problem that ended up with holes in my kitchen ceiling. I am so glad I called Imperial Drywall. They estimated the work and gave me a good price and that’s what I paid. It was done within two days from calling. The employees worked hard and did a wonderful job. You can’t tell where the holes were. It’s amazing! Would highly recommend for any drywall repair.

Imperial Drywall provided an estimate and they completed the job in the time and for the amount they quoted. This was a whole house job. All walls and ceilings. We had gutted the house because of mold. The price was fair, and the work was excellent. They functioned like a well-oiled machine. One crew arrived to hang the drywall, when they finished, the next crew arrived to tape and mud, next came cleanup, then sanding, then texture, then inspection and cleanup. It was quite impressive. I'd highly recommend them!

Imperial Drywall repaired our entry ceiling and wall after a plumbing leak. They communicated well and did a great job for us. Price seemed reasonable. Would definitely hire them again.
