Great people and they do amazing work

This company is absolutely terrible. They use terrible subcontractors and attention to detail is atrocious. They have not followed through on anything that they say they will do and drag their feet on all of their projects. I would stay far far away from any of their prospective projects. If anything goes wrong they always just point the finger at the subcontractors WHOM THEY CHOSE in the first place! When you’re forced to follow-up with the subcontractor yourself, they are out of business! Completely unprofessional! Before even thinking about using them stop by ANY resident at 25 Jeffrey Park and they will tell you the same exact thing and how unhappy they are with their experience. Horrible, horrible company!

In response to the personal attacks which this company chooses to pursue- my tires were negatively impacted last year by negligence. Damage was directly attributed to the dumpster that was parked directly behind my garage for nearly a year. I have documented pictures of the numerous nails strewn around the dumpster. To this day, I have never received the financial compensation for which they claim. As for the claim of always wanting something for “free” and to be an “adult”...resorting to name-calling says more about said company acting childish than any retort or back and forth that I choose to refrain from engaging in. It sheds more light on the type of company they are and what they’re about. Simply put, there would be no issues if a company takes pride in their work in the first place and at the very least stand behind the work that they put their name on. Instead they choose to point the finger, yet again ...now at the end customer.

****** So apparently I’m supposed to believe that the company I paid MY own money to have MY tires replaced due to YOUR negligence willingly gave YOU, some random person, who paid them nothing my “punctured and bald” tires? And the company that I pay to service MY car willingly gives YOU, a complete stranger, private information about my account. That’s not how businesses work if you want to stay in business.These are reputable consumer driven entities that strive for customer satisfaction and repeat purchase. Take notes. Sounds like you spent a lot of time and energy on this. Perhaps that time and energy could be better served to finish your units on time and maybe some time spent on quality inspections on your projects instead of tires. Or maybe the delay stems from not paying your subcontractors resulting in them seeking legal action against you...yeah we all heard about that.

Mulberry did an amazing job on my house. Their process is absolutely flawless and their attention to detail was impressive. I would highly recommend them! And will use them if we ever build again!
