Electrical reviews in Columbus, Ohio

Randy installed a generator for us a year ago, he was extremely friendly and helpful! No power outages yet, but had our annual maintenance done today and confirmed everything still is working great. It’s great knowing we’re protected next big storm!

I didn't hear from them for two weeks after submitting an online request, so I called to follow up.

I learned that I'd need to pay them a $69 service fee just to get an estimate. I can understand their charging to make sure their visits are worth their time, but it doesn't work for a potential new customer like me who's unfamiliar with electricians and electrical work. There are plenty of highly rated electricians who will provide free estimates.

Our company has been using R&T Yoder for a while now. They're always great to work with and, flexible, if need be. Amy is always helpful in scheduling inspections and answering any questions I may have.

After having 2 different electric companies come out & figure out whatcwas wrong with our 2 bedrooms with NO Success. Seth & Josh came out & figured out the problem literally in 3 minutes and had our electric back on in the bedrooms!! AWESOME Job guys!!!

Seth was great!!! You’ve got a good employee in him!

I had John from Yoder come out to install a basement light with switch, remove another old fixture and replace as well as relabel panel. He was on time, did great work and I felt the rate was reasonable. I would recommend this company.

Just had a faulty gfi replaced by Seth. He did a great job of testing to make sure no other problems exist. Courteous and professional. Will definitely be using Yoder in the future!

I am very happy with Yoder Electric and Seth the electrician who completed our work. We had a new, upgraded line run from the house to our detached garage. The trench I dug was convoluted with turns and Seth manged to form the conduit to fit the trench. We obtained an estimate from another company that was more than three times what Yoder charged for the job. I had contacted another electrical company between my first estimate and Yoder, and that electrician was too busy. They referred me to Yoder. To me that means Yoder is a respected and reliable company in the industry. I would absolutely hire Yoder to do more work if we need it in the future. I can't recommend them high enough.

Needed multiple lights and outlets put in at our house. Seth from R&T Yoder Electric did a great job of Installing them and making sure he cleaned up after the job was done! Excellent customer service.

R & T Yoder is a great full service Company! Technician Larry Halleck is very professional, Thorough, and Efficient. He assessed the problems and quickly works to fix them. Customer care and high - quality service is there priority. I will definitely call R & T Yoder ask for Larry for future service.

Dave Phillips did an absolutely amazing job. He was fast and friendly when it came to quoting us!
Would definitely recommended going through Dave if you are needing any work done by someone honest and relatable.

Randy and Ronnie were fantastic! Communicated throughout the process and finished ahead of schedule. Very professional, polite and explained everything along the way. Excellent experience installing our whole home generator!

They did a pretty big job including panel replacement and rewiring to remove knob and tube from the system. They were very courteous and answered my questions.

Seth and Elias were friendly, professional and performed excellent work. They were attentive to the details and answered all questions we had. Thank you both for the excellent service and appreciate the patience addressing all our questions.

Nolan and the guys that helped him did a great job installing electricity to our spa and installing recessed dimmable lighting in our living area.

We are very pleased with the electrical services provided by Seth and Daniel. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. We appreciated their thoroughness and explanations. Highly recommend!!!

Seth and Elias did an amazing job wiring 3 outdoor complex outlets exactly as I requested. They answered all my questions and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them highly and feel very comfortable recommending Yoder Electric whenever I am asked for a reliable electrician. Many thanks for making this a good experience!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Seth and Michael on our lighting project. He was on time, professional and friendly. Seth went above and beyond to make sure our installation was successful. I am already planning a second lighting project with him. Wonderful experience!

Dave came in and LISTENED
TO MY PROBLEM . He methodically went thru all the problems and one by one fixed everything. I am very happy for everything he did and then CLEANED UP ..
QOW I AM VERY IMPRESSED.

Seth was amazing today. He was easy to talk to and explained what the issue was in terms I could understand. We love this company for other plumbing and electricity and plan to use them when the need for HVAC services arise. The techs are experts in their own field.
