One thing you all should know is that, they don't answer the phone. But once you get here,the unloading is within a hour.

I shop at loeb electric already 3 to 4 times a week. I'm an electrician and majority of the time they have what I need in stock and if they don't have that can get it for me within a couple days

About 10 minutes to get a couple of fuses on e I found a branch that had them. I would suggest calling the closest branch and confirm stock before going there.

I use this place for work. They always have what we need or are able to get it for us. It is hard to get a reply on an email when we have had questions about orders.

Counter sales was absolutly incompetent. He didnt have to product I asked for and didnt or wouldnt tell me when it would in, he just said Nohe didnt have it...

We have a commercial account with loeb and I made a purchase with them and was not sure if it was the right type of wire or not.when I got back to the shop I found out it would not work , so I called to see if I could return it and with an attitude the rep said I guess so.with that being said I make a trip to return it and the same rep. That sold it to me got an attitude and said I told you that you have to eat it because I asked for the wrong wire...his exact words. So with that being said Loeb Electric has just lost a commercial account over a $30.00 sale and a horrible customer service.

Update on my review. The marketing department reached out to me and let me know that the issue had been addressed and taken care of and offered there deepest apologies, Also when I returned to Loeb I spoke with the same service rep. and he did remember me and did apologize and told me that he prides himself in good customer service and that he was very sorry about how the situation was handled.

First time experience and I was not amused. Lady at the front desk knew nothing and wouldn’t even look at me. The ones had any knowledge just camped behind their counters and pointed me around the store, which had depressing inventory for the main branch. This is the excellent service I was told to expect 👎🏿👎🏿

The computers "went down" when I tried to check out. Attendants had to rescan my item from the showroom floor 3 times. 2 guys are running 1 register and still have no idea how to troubleshoot it. I give the 3 stars to the products and the customer service.

Very Professional and understanding. Prompt payments on Invoices and quick turn around times on quotes. If you are a contractor, these are great people to work with!
