These guys had no clue on what I needed nor how to help me. Technician guy on the phone didn’t seem to know what he was doing and kept asking his manager in the background questions. I could hear his irritated manager and it genuinely sounded like they wanted to just hang up and not attempt to help me at all. Poor service.

I personally love Loeb. They carry a wide variety of product and a good quantity of it. They are quick to deliver if needed and the staff is great. Their showroom has prices on a lot of their product and tools so you don't have to ask them to pull up the price of everything you are interested in. They are definitely a great electrical supply house.

Receiving open at 7am. Unloaded fast. Overnight parking

Place must have gotten better because I got empty in 45 min. But tight but doable.

Very slow delivery, unloading truck for 3 h is insane , very unprofessional by Loeb . They should Respect other peoples time , when they order product we always come on time and sometimes we dont sleep to bring them material and in return they treat us like this ...

I’ve seen a couple people say they remove reviews they don’t like, terribly slow, not great to employees, etc & I kinda agree now that I’ve been. Not worth it.

This place is super slow and they’re work ethic is the worth. Take for ever to unload a small stack of pipe. Been here 3 hrs and they look at me as if im in the wrong for asking them how much longer.

I wouldn’t advise working here if you are female. My bf told me they fired someone because he admitted he couldn’t control himself around a female coworker, but just recently he came home and told me they rehired him & instead fired a bunch of other people with ZERO warning. DONT WORK HERE. (They also keep trying to remove my review if that tells you anything!!)

This place sucks. I come here twice a week to deliver and they jerk me around every time. They prioritize their own trucks first and cut you in line every time. If your an otr driver stay away from this place as they don’t care about your schedule or what you have to do the rest of the day. They only care about their non cdl drivers. In the future I will be charging detention pay as I’m tired of seeing everyone around me come and go while I sit and get bypassed
