Electrical reviews in Columbus, Ohio

Still Electric is hands down the best electrical company I’ve ever worked with! Not only is their work flawless and professional, but the heart and dedication behind this company come from its amazing owners, John and Angel. Their passion for their business truly shines through in every interaction and every project.

John and Angel lead their team with integrity, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to quality. They always take the time to listen to my needs, offered expert advice, and make sure the job was done perfectly and on time. It’s clear that they care deeply about their customers and take pride in everything they do.

If you’re looking for reliable, skilled electricians who treat you like family, look no further than Still Electric. Thank you, John and Angel, for your incredible work and the example you set.

Still Electric was the electricians that our kitchen remodelers used. They did some extra work for us which included an electric car charger in our garage and an overhead chandelier light on our vaulted ceiling. Everyone on the team was easy to work with and flexible as we figured out what we wanted. Would hire them again and would highly recommend them to others.

I can’t speak highly enough about Still Electric. The whole team is a dream to work with. As a newlywed and first time homebuyer, they rewired our new home. They installed new outlets and lighting that the home was lacking. They also provide great recommendations as they are the experts. Thinking of things we overlooked like weather proof outlets on the front porch for example. We have since settled into the house and we are able to appreciate all of their work! They are highly professional and know how to get the job done RIGHT. Thank you Still Electric for making what should be a stressful time enjoyable.

Still electric is one of the best in Columbus! Be sure to use them if they are available. Their team ahs a wealth of knowledge and can't take care of small or large electic projects on time and on budget!

They have worked on tenant service calls as well as even wiring 30 unit apartment complexes for me.

Truly a great company.

Very Unprofessional electrical company, owner is far from honest

Good rates on electrical services. The work they did was good and they even cleaned up after them self.

Great work! Reliable, affordable and excellent service. Will recommend and use again.

Employees were professional and knowledgeable. Able to find the problem and offered the solution quickly. Will use again.

Job was scheduled to be done. Three weeks later and the job isn't done or even started. No one will reply to email or voice mail and rarely will they even answer the phone.

Owner Dale Shadwick scam artist. My stuff is a mess. Look him up, his history is abysmal. Filed BK to escape it. Hides behind this and another name almost the same.

Expert, knowledgeable, honest and customer oriented people. Listen to your needs and offer the best solutions for you. Quality is their top priority. Enjoyed working with them.

Could not have been more pleased with the service received. Technician showed up when he was supposed to, was knowledgeable and able to diagnose my issue quickly. Explained the fix in detail and was able to resolve the issue same day.

Outstanding customer service!
They showed up when they said they would and got right to work.
Diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time.
Electricians were very friendly and respectful of property.
Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Matt was great all around, very knowledgeable and great communication. Customer service is clearly their top priority. I wish I could remember the techs that came to do the jobs names. They were so great at their job and just all around good people.

I needed a more powerful exhaust fan in a bathroom after installing a steam shower. Alex had to do some retrofitting in the old home. He stuck with it till it was done with great results. Craig selected the fan I needed and we are leased with its power, quiet , motion detector "on" and humdistat monitoring features. Elite has always come through for me.

Elite added a backup generator to our house, and I couldn't be happier to have power during blackouts! Staff are fast, courteous, and professional. Thank you so much for all your help!

EES has done some work for us recently at our warehouse. They have been professional, courteous and expeditious in their performance. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants electrical services at a reasonable rate and excellent customer service.

I have used Elite Electric Services for several years at my personal home and at my rental properties. They provide excellent customer service, fair and affordable quotes, and professional workmanship. They are at the worksite when scheduled, get the job done and do a good job cleaning up afterward. I will continue using this company and highly recommend them!

Dale and Craig are wonderful to work with. We are a General Contracting Company and are using Elite Electrical Services on several of our projects. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help us take care of our clients. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I would recommend them to anyone in need of electrical services.

Elite Electrical Service was called to our business to provide an estimate on replacing downed electrical lines, caused by a delivery truck.

Craig Desrosiers and " The Solid Seven's!" Evaluated our situation, provided a price which was significantly less than their competitors and had our business up and running, in a matter of hours.

They were fast, efficient and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. Communication is a HUGE part of good customer service, and we appreciated the extra time they spent walking us through the process.

Elite Electrical Service will be our go to service, for all our needs in the future. We would HIGHLY recommend them to any one looking for honest, reliable and affordable electrical service.

Sincerely,
