Elite Electrical did a fantastic job replacing our electric box. They were very responsive when other companies I called were not. The crew arrived on time and were very respectful of our home during the installation. Along with professionally doing a great job, It’s was the little things like resetting my clocks that also set them apart from the competition. I highly recommend them and will use them for my next electrical project.

Highly recommend! We had Elite upgrade our panel from a 100 amp to 200 amp panel along with some other random electrical items we needed done in the house. Matt was extremely responsive and made the whole process seamless. He was great at explaining what they were going to do and why. Xavier was our technician and he was wonderful. We couldn’t be at home while they did the work but they made us feel at ease. When they left for the day they called to ensure they locked up the house. They even turned off all the lights and changed our clocks! They passed inspection with the city no problem and were reasonably priced. Will use them again in the future!

We’ve worked with Elite twice in the past couple of weeks. In the first case they came to install a new chandelier in a 2 story foyer.
When the chandelier broke during installation, they managed returning it to the lighting store, overseeing the repair and then returned within a week to install. It was seamless for us. I appreciate their responsiveness and high quality focus on customer service.

Terrible experience. Made several mistakes but were always nice so I had them back.

This time they really messed up damaging my wall and installing a single light switch on a metal two gang box protruding from my wall in a finished room. It was originally a single switch - they cut a hole in my wood wall to put in the horrible metal double gang box. I specifically asked them not to install anything unusual without talking to me. Ignored my instructions.

They promised weeks ago to come back. Even had a workable solution but suddenly withdrew offer to fix it. Hiding behind we had to bring it up to code. No. You do not get to come into other peoples’ home and do whatever you want in the name of code. There were other code solutions that another electrician will have to work.

Very very unprofessional

Called, they came out n 48 hours to give an estimate. Returned the next morning on time to do the work. The two workers were polite, efficient. Will definitely use them again.

Elite Electric Services replaced two track
lights with 5 canless (wafer) LEDs, two hallway lights and replaced two pull chain fixtures in a utility area. They did a great job and took care to avoid getting plaster dust all over. Great communication and showed up as scheduled! I would hire them again for sure.

Dave and Mike were so each to work with, along with Matt as well. They advised me as we discussed some changes and gave great ideas. They worked hard over the two days there were here, made very little mess and cleaned up any mess they made. We have definitely found a new electrician and will be using them for other projects!!

The company promtly returned my call and schedule a visit within 3 to 4 days. The real service was scheduled for the next day. I need an electrician to check some weird wiring issues in the kichen and bathroom areas after buying the house. David was knowledgeable about wiring, solved a ground issue in one line. He gave a piece of mind that the electrical work that was done was just fine. I will use them in the future when it is necessary.

We had an AMAZING experience with Elite!! They were knowledgable, PATIENT, and their prices are fantastic. We bought an old home with knob & tube and it was an extensive and very frustrating process (for us, lol). They, on the other hand, were great to work with and made the whole thing so much easier. I'm not sure how many times they had to talk me off the ledge, but they never got frustrated with us, and were always professional and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend them! :)

Elite electric was amazing! They installed a new panel for me as well as running more electricity to our garage. The team did an excellent job, the house was clean and the work was done correctly. I would recommend these guys over anybody else. Totally awesome!

Matt and his crew have done a great job on 5 or so separate projects on our house, including installing outlets both indoor and outdoor, installing recessed lighting in our kitchen and office, and most recently installing a bathroom light/heater/ventilation unit. Every time a project is requested it is scheduled quickly, and each job is done with great quality and detail. Each project was also quoted at very reasonable prices, less than what other companies quoted. I have also referred them to two different friends who were extremely happy with the projects that Elite completed. I'd recommend them to anyone in Columbus, you won't find a better electric company.

We purchased our first home in Columbus in 2024 and were excited to begin our journey into homeownership.
