I’m dealing with the same thing, and I’m honestly so disappointed. I bought a house-cleaning Groupon for my mother, who struggles badly with cognitive issues, because I really needed help getting her home taken care of.
My voucher has not expired, and I even have a photo/screenshot to prove it, but the business still refused to honor it. I was told they stopped using Groupon because of issues between Groupon and the vendor, but that should not become the customer’s problem. I believe they said Groupon wasn’t paying them enough with their advertising promotion…The Groupon link is on their Facebook page so directing customers there, but then not honoring once the customers have paid.
I paid $200 in good faith, and now I have nothing to show for it. Groupon told me I need to contact the merchant, but the merchant won’t honor the voucher. And Groupon won’t refund the money back to my original payment method — they’ll only offer Groupon credit.
So now I’m stuck in the middle, out $200, with no cleaning service for my mother and no real resolution. Whatever dispute exists between Groupon and the business should be handled between them, not passed on to customers who already paid for a valid voucher.

This is a great place to work. The staff is amazing and the work is easy and not stressful. Also great opportunities for growth.

Beings superwomen doesn’t have to be done alone. So I called the enforcements and EDIS came thru! They sent housekeeper to my home #uber which arrived on time, and she got the job done in the time allocated. With being an on call dental professional with little time to cook, clean do paperwork and TRY TO KEEP IT ALL BALANCED. I was able to focus on what I do best! #Teeth and prepare to go to the movies with my grandma. I’m glad the #buddiesystemjanitorialservices got the jump start on a more organized home and a suns clean room, bathroom and closet

Bryan was great. Hadn't had the carpets cleaned in over 4 years for various reasons. He did a thorough job and addressed my concerns about high traffic areas. Cleaned up great and I can't believe how dry they are so recently after the cleaning. Hopefully he can return next time, and it won't be in 4 years

Bryan was awesome to work with! I was moving out and my 3.5 year old daughter as well as myself and accumulated a ton of stains...all gone within 45 minutes!

Very kind, thorough and excellent service. The deodorizer Allen added to the treatment of our carpet made everything Snell fresh and clean. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Beautifully executed!

Bryan did a great job cleaning years of dirt and grime out of our carpets. He explained the process beforehand and followed up with before-and-after pictures which demonstrated the efficacy of his service.

Chris from MCT came to clean my carpet's today. He was excellent! I did not realize how dirty my carpets were and they now look brand new. I had called them this morning because I need to switch the time window. It was not a problem at all. From start to finish my experience with MCT was perfect. Thank you!!

Bryan did an outstanding job. He arrived on time and was very professional. Our carpets hadn’t been cleaned for a while and with large dogs and a remodel, the carpet was very dirty. Bryan worked very hard to get as close to the original color as possible. I am pleased with the outcome and will definitely call him back to do the basement carpets.

The entire MCT deserves a round of applause. I sent a email to them and within 30 minutes I had a response. They got me in the very next day. Bryan did such a wonderful job. He was on time and such a friendly person. The carpet smells amazing and looks brand new. I have had bad experiences in the past with carpet cleaning but truly I’m blown away at how wonderful it all turned out. I will definitely be giving them a call when it’s time to get the carpets cleaned again.
