Fish Cleaning did a great Job! The only reason I took off a star was because of a mis-communication (not on my part) in pricing as well as what initially was discussed. I advised I wanted my Windows cleaned Inside/Out along with the sills as well as the INSIDE of the windows cleaned. I was quoted a price so I accepted it and my appt was scheduled. When their tech arrived he started quoting me extra pricing for things I thought was originally on my initial quote, so when I called into the office to question these extra prices. The Guy that answered kept saying he apologized for the inconvenice this caused...and tried to explain that what was on the invoice was not really what I was trying to get....BLAH BLAH BLAH. I went ahead and paid what I got however; next year I will shop a round for another company.

Great experience with Fish. Our windows hadn't been done in many years and the results were outstanding - even hard to reach ones that we weren't sure would be accessible for cleaning. In addition, we got good insight on the poor condition of some windows that we couldn't really evaluate on our own. One guy (can't recall his name but he was fantastic) who was meticulous in the 4'ish hours he took to make a big difference for us! We'll be using Fish on a regular basis.

We recently moved to the Columbus area and I was so happy to see that Fish windows was near us! We used them for many years in Pittsburgh. They cleaned our windows today and once again did an outstanding job. The reason I love this company is that your windows really sparkle and stay cleaner for a longer time!

Always a great place to use for carpet cleaning. They are a family owned business and they care about getting your job done and on time. They always call ahead to advise you of their arrival.

We have been a customer of Gerlach for years. I made the mistake of using another company to clean and seal our bathroom grout because they were having a sale. The grout was barely cleaned and was not sealed. I called Gerlach to do our annual carpet cleaning. Before the technician started, I asked about grout cleaning he said that Gerlach does clean grout and he could clean it that day. The grout on the shower walls and floor are now spotless! It looks like the day it was installed. The cost was the same as the sale price of the other company. We also had a large area of nail polish that was accidentally spilled on the carpet after a mani pedi day with our Granddaughter. The technical got the nail polish out! It is barely visible. The other company said they couldn't get it out, without even looking at it. We can't say enough about the work they did here. We so appreciate it!

Had them clean downstairs basement where there was an old taped area and stairs and all of downstairs. Unfortunately my husband did not check area before they left. Tape came up about 65% but left residual. Had areas that were soiled around baseboards and areas still dark with stain. Stairs also did not look very clean. Had another carpet cleaner out two days later and they removed all of residual tape, area around baseboards much cleaner and the second cleaner told me the steps were not done at all. I reported this problem to Gerlach and asked for a refund of my stairs which were not cleaned at all and they have ignored me thus far. Needless to say I am disappointed with their performance and disappointed with their customer service. What happened to Gerlach quality... seems to have disappeared. Will not use again. Oh and the second cleaner charged 1/2 of Gerlach's price.

I was following my neighborhood Facebook page asking for carpet cleaning recommendations. Gerlach Cleaning kept getting mentioned for excellent service. So glad I called them! Andrew did an outstanding job and accommodated my work schedule. Thank you Andrew!! My carpet looks new again.

All I can say is WOW! We were having a large party this summer and the toll my pets had taken on our carpets was becoming more and more evident. I got in touch with Gerlach Cleaning to deep clean our carpets for the party and the results were fantastic! There is nothing quite like freshly cleaned carpets and my guests were commenting on them all night! I would highly recommend Gerlach Cleaning to anyone needing a refresh with their carpets. They were professional, timely, and at a great price point. Thank you for all you did!
