I explained to Mr. Johnathan King the areas that needed cleaning and the state of my carpet. I explained that I really just need to replace my carpet but since I can't afford that right now, I just need to get it cleaner than what it is till I can get new carpet. Owner of the King of Kings Carpet Cleaning/driver of the work van peeled out of my front lawn after he drove out to my house to clean my carpet but he ended up not cleaning it because he said it was too saturated. He was upset he drove the distance out to my house, so he drove through my yard causing ruts all around my front yard. One of the tires also bent one of my green fence posts. His van kicked up mud all over the driver side of my car and the front of my house.

King of Kings did an excellent job of stretching our carpet and cleaning it. They were punctual. They met all of our needs. Their desire was to do the best job in a very honest and pleasant manner. We plan to have to have them clean our other carpets.

I have been extremely happy with Jonathan and his team at King of Kings Carpet Cleaning. Last year we dropped off 1 area rug at his shop to test their service. Jonathan not only removed the yellowed strain from the tassles but was able to remove some of the old stains that I gave up on. The rug was also ready on time, which is a huge win for me. Last week we dropped off 3 more rugs. 1 rug had a good amount of dirt worn in due to traffic. This time there was a delay in getting the carpets back, but Jonathan called the day before to inform me of the 1 day delay because of the freezing weather Columbus had. We were able to pick it up at the new time with no issues and the rugs look great. I will continue to use King of Kings for my cleaning needs. Couldn’t be happier with our experience, from easy online booking, communication prior to visit and their professional evaluation and repair of our carpet issues. A staircase of carpet was installed incorrectly and needed to be taken up and tightened. That they came out Christmas week was a godsend to us. I had King of Kings come back to my house to clean my living room and hallway of stains that may have come back up into the carpet from the pad and when finished, the carpets were clean as a whistle. I also had the ductwork vacuumed out to get rid of dust that seemed to accumulate on furniture and other flat surfaces. I believe that I will see less or no dust because of the job they did. King of Kings is the company you should get for clean carpets and ductwork.

Excellent service!! My appointment was 11:30 they called and we're here at 11:15am. I was happy they were able to come early and they were done within 20 minutes. I have a small one-bedroom apartment, so it didn't take long. They did an outstanding job! I was very pleased with their promptness and professionalism.

First time using the company and last time using the company. We got it for my sister-in-law and the experience was not the best. They had my card on file for the deposit where the whole purchase was supposed to be charged, instead ended up rudely pushing my sister-in-law into providing her credit card information when she was never supposed to be charged.

She moved the couch before his arrival and she had to ask for them to clean behind the couch. It took some areas that were not covered 3 days to dry. After drying there were spots that still remained and did not come clean. One upside, the house does smell better after having the carpet cleaned.

From the phone call to make the appointment to the day of cleaning, communication was clear and professional. I received a reminder text a couple days before, a text when they were en route the day of, and a little education for floor care. The fews stains we had were left unseen (nail polish, dog sitting on stairs, and mascara). This father and son did a great job and I will recommend and use them again.

All of the carpeting in my house was way over due for a cleaning. Also, my dogs got into some prunes and made a big mess that you can probably imagine. The King of Kings Carpet Cleaning did a great job on my entire home. The dog mess did require a follow up visit but they got the stains out and didn't charge anything extra. Prices are reasonable and they were very fast and friendly.
