I've had Martin Carpet and Rug Cleaning Company into my home on 4 occasions over the years. Each time the work has been excellently done. James came a couple of days ago and made my carpets look practically brand new.
Why would I go anyplace else?

Tyler and Craig did a great job steam cleaning our carpets today. They were easy to talk with, were thorough and checked in throughout the process when they had question. I have used Martin Carpet Cleaning several times and have been pleased with their technicians. Based on past experience I was a little surprised by the amount they charged us.

Martin Carpet Cleaning is excellent. Technicians Tyler and Craig were incredibly polite, respectful of my home and belongings, and very thorough. Tyler went through everything at the end to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend Martin Carpet Cleaning for your carpets, rugs and upholstery cleaning. They were amazing with my dogs too (who were always in their way)!

They do an awesome job! They're the only place that can get the dog pee smell out! We've used them multiple times. Highly recommend. James and James Jr. are the BEST!

James and Tyler came out from Martin to try to clean a Gatorade stain. Unfortunately, the stain was too set for it to be removed. However, they offered to clean other areas and cleaned their way out of our house. They were friendly, knowable, courteous and timely. Would highly recommend Martin Carpet Cleaning for your cleaning needs.

I am the office manager @ The Grove Pediatric Dentistry and James came on Friday 8/22/25, to clean all the carpet in the office. From scheduling the appointment I gave the lady the dates I was looking for and she was able to fit us in and answered all the questions I had on the process. When James arrived he was very nice and went over all details of the job on what he would be doing. Before he started he measured the square footage and broke the price down for me to see if I was good with the price. James after he finished even gave me a quote for some upholstery that the owner would like cleaned. James definitely went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company and request James when scheduling, as you won't be disappointed. :)

Great Service Always from Martin. They have cleaned our carpets and upholstered furniture for years. The young guy did a great job and had many welcome suggestions. He worked alone and I remember in the past when there were always 2 people helping which we always appreciated. Thank you Martin for excellent cleaning.

James and Brendon did a great job. James explained all they were going to do, were on time with a phone call to alert me they were in route. James did an outstanding job on my bathroom tiles they look like new. Also an excellent job on our recliners and carpet. I will recommend them and use them again.

Exceptional service from beginning to end. Both James and Tyler took care of my furniture and walls. Carpet and tile grout look amazing. Both men are very personable and provided guidance on carpet care.

Updating my review from last year. We had Martin Carpet & Rug Cleaning Company come again and clean the carpets. But this time we also had the tile floor in one of our bathrooms cleaned as well. We requested James again and this time another associate, Tyler came with him. Both James and Tyler were very polite, respectful of our home and both did an incredible job. One thing I really is the way they protect the corners of your doorways and corners so their equipment doesn't scratch the woodwork! The carpets looked great and the tile floor...oh my! It looks like it did when it was new 30 years ago. So white! I've had the tile floor and grout cleaned before (by another company) and it has never looked like this! I'm posting a photo but since I don't have a "before" photo to include, you'll just have to take my word for it! If you are planning to have carpets and tile floors cleaned, I highly recommend you consider Martin Carpet & Rug Cleaning Company do it for you! The price was reasonable for the amount of work they did also!

Recently we had Martin Carpet Cleaning Co. come to clean our carpets in our home. James is the technician who did the work for us. He did an excellent job, removed some stains in the walk area that were an issue and was careful with all of our belongings. We were very happy with the work and the value. We will use Martin Carpet Cleaning again and request James.
