It's all about the Downy cleaning process. I watched the three steps they take in cleaning your carpets. I had some very dirty carpets it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. When they were done, it looked almost like it was just put down from the store. In my opinion, Downey clean is better than its competitors.

John and Tyler were exceptional. The care they took was extremely professional and efficient. They were here and gone before we knew it and left our carpet like new. We will have no hesitation in inviting them back into our home again. We are very satisfied.

My rugs were pet stained and in need of a good cleaning, better then what we had tried to do. Downey did a wonderful, completely through job. Even smelled better! Have used them for many years and won’t go anywhere else!

I have used this company for many years. I had a little trouble making appointment this time. I requested a man to clean my carpet. He had been here a couple of times before and I liked his work. The woman who sets up appointments kept telling me I could have him if he was available. I didn't care how far out she had to go to set up date but she kept repeating that. Also, she left off one of the rooms I wanted done so the price quote I got from her was incorrect. She had done this in the past. Jamie is my carpet cleaner. He did a very good job. He's dependable and prompt.

The job was serviceable. but it was more expensive than I expected, and the technician didn't wear booties. The dispatcher said that booties are slippery on carpet, but as a result, I had shoe-prints all over my laminate floors. I have had good experiences with Downey in the past, but I will look elsewhere in the future.

Had my upholstered couch and a chair cleaned. Technician was on time and called me when he was 15 minutes away as I requested. Not every stain came out of my white couch, but that was my fault because the couch had never been cleaned before and some of those stains were at least 5 years old. But at least I know that it is now clean. Looks much better. Happy overall with the experience.

Ty was very professional and answered all of our questions. He arrived on time and worked to complete the job in a timely manner. We had 2 chairs cleaned as well as the carpet, everything looked great! I will definitely recommend Ty and Downey cleaners to all of my friends, great value for you money.

This is the second time I have used Downy Clean to clean carpets in my home. Their estimate was very competitive, their customer service is great, and their technicians are very professional.
Two of the areas (in my attic) I wanted them to clean had dirty spots in the carpet that the technician said was because the carpet was essentially acting as an air filter due to the HVAC air patterns. The technician said that these types of stains are very difficult to clean. The rest of the carpet in those rooms looked fine, so I took those areas off of the list and saved a lot of money. I really appreciated the honesty of the technician.
The areas he cleaned look great. And the pet smell left from the previous owner is gone.
Perhaps they have changed the way they offer service? Because they come with water in the truck and don't need to use any of your water. My carpet was damp when they were done (not soaking as described in other reviews) and was dry the next day.

I trust Downey Clean with my area rugs and carpet! They always look and smell great! We have a dog and frequently have visitors who bring their dog (s) . Jamie (sp?) was our technician 2 weeks ago! He was very professional and did a fantastic job! I’ve recommended DC to family and friends- my daughter had a spot in her home that another company had worked on but were unsuccessful in getting it out . I sent DC to her home and they completely removed it!!!

After 2 failed attempts to reach the company I'd used to clean my carpets a neighbor recommended Downey. I will forever be a regular customer. Where I'd been told by the other company certain stains could not be removed - they are now gone! All of them, including a large tea stain! I had no idea that was possible. Zack worked pretty hard on one area but it all came out! Impressive! My carpets are several years old and do have wear but now they are completely clean. I love their 2 step cleaning method and appreciate the time spent here.

I've used Downey Clean twice now for carpet cleaning. I find it easy to schedule with them (within the same weekas calling). I get an email confirmation plus a call the day before. The cleaning itself is professional, quick and easy. As the owner of two dogs, I am only interested in getting the high traffic areas freshened. Both times I've been asked by the cleaner if I am satisfied with the work, and the next day I get a follow up call to make sure I've had a good experience.

I am impressed with the good customer service I've gotten and will definitely continue to use them. I'm so glad I found Downey!

I have used many companies over the years but for me Downey Clean is the best. Customer service is always top notch. They go out of their way to accommodate our needs. We built a larger new home and I was concerned about the woodwork and hardwood floors. It was raining when they came out....not a mark or speck of mud or mark on our white woodwork. I feel that the carpet is much cleaner from this company than any others. Pet stains, coffee stains? No problem! Thank you Downey Clean for all you do!

I have used Downey Cleaners for over 20 years now to clean my carpets, upholstery, and area rugs. You can count on them for routine annual cleaning but more importantly in that crazy emergency when the dog gets sick or the red wine is spilled on the new couch! Debbie, who answers the phone, will do all she can to assure service is as quick as possible. Customer service is top notch. I can not say enough good about this company !

I have used Downey Clean for many years. I just had my living room furniture cleaned, my rugs and the loveseat in the den. They did an amazing job! My rugs look terrific. The furniture is fresh and clean. For great work at a reasonable price, you can't beat Downey Clean.

I've used them before and really liked there customer service and they did a good Job. This time the tech acted like he didn't want to be there and kept telling us he didn't think cleaning the furnature or one of my rooms would help. I feel he did a sloppy job because he didn't want to be working that day. I did email the company. We took a rag to our wet furnature this is what we got. Not sure they even used soap.
