After confirming twice and emphasizing that 50 people would be at my house for a party the next day after the scheduled cleaning, they never showed up. I called to find out how this would be rectified, especially since I had confirmed contractual steps for entry into the house 2 days prior & paid to have a key made just for the company, and was blown off by John the owner because it was Friday night. NEVER choose this company, I was already concerned when a current customer told me they "did an okay job" which I found out after agreeing to the contract. I will be canceling before they start and hoping to find another soon.

Stephanie did an excellent job. She is very thorough and detailed minded as well as warm and courteous. I highly recommend her and The Cleaning Authority,

Did a great job of cleaning my house from top to bottom! Bought this fixer-upper and it was dirty when we moved in and no matter how hard I tried, I could not get ahead of the dust and grime! They did a great job!!

I switched to The Cleaning Authority after inconsistent or challenging house cleaning relationships. Management is responsive and helpful. They really care about quality. The staff is friendly and efficient. Like every cleaning service I’ve ever been involved with, there are inconsistency or minor quality issues, but they are always open and willing to improve.

Morgan and Heather are my regular cleaners and they always do a great job. Jill subbed for them today and she also did a great job.

TCA has always done a great job at our house. The employees are friendly and professional. The house is always clean, and they never forget details and thoughtful touches. Dealing with the office is always smooth and painless.

Their first deep clean was more than satisfactory. My second scheduled clean was canceled due to personnel problems. And, in these times, I understand. Today was our second deep clean. One bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. The kitchen counter was cleaned without moving anything, so everything behind knife holder—dirty. Cutting board not picked up—all the dirt and crumbs, still there. Baseboards not adequately cleaned. Not even swept behind kitchen table. Microwave—not touched. Stove top—wiped but crud still on top. Chair in tv room is not heavy. But not moved and everything under and behind it—still there. And more.

They did a great job ! Very professional my house smells wonderful! Looking forward to their continued quality services! Would highly recommend!

Great if you would put my cell number on my paperwork so the cleaners can call when they are arriving so I can let them in in the future. As I am working from home and my not hear them. Thanks Great service cleaners courtesy was exemplary.

Today's cleaning was less satisfactory than all those before. A kitchen item was broken for which they apologized and offered payment. When I said payment was unnecessary. The value was in its sentimental value, the lead cleaner lectured me about putting away valuable things before they came to clean. The exchange on both sides was heated but it's her job to satisfy the customer and not lecture and argue. Also many items were not put back where they belong. I pointed that out and that cleaning rags and scrubbers and a beverage container were left in the kitchen sink (after being told that they were totally finished). The girl in training was quiet and apologetic. The lead was abrasive.

Otherwise the quality of their work was very good.

We have been using this service monthly for about two years. Today's clean was by far the best we've had! Thorough and great attention to detail!

The Cleaning Authority does a great job keeping our house clean, at a fair price. The staff are always very friendly, and thorough. Especially Sheri and Allison. They love our little dog Laci, and they always greet her so nicely.

Mary & Jessica did an outstanding job cleaning our house. They were efficient, experienced and a pleasure to interact with. The Cleaning Authority seems to be very organized in their approach to house cleaning and communication.

Overall the clean was “okay “. Two trash cans were missed and some items were knocked over (not broken) during dusting (I assume). Additionally, the trash was placed in the recycling bin rather than the SMALL blue can as instructed.

I typically ensure that clutter is removed to allow the team to do their job as effectively as possible. This time, because I had recently had eye surgery I was not able to be as thorough as usual. Holiday decorations and packages can add to general clutter an take away the impact of the teams efforts. The team still did such a great job. I was impressed with the outcom. It seemed that one of the team members was at least new to The Cleaning Authority, but both were highly professional and thorough in their jobs. Thank you!
