They did a great job and made the space feel clean again

Used for the first time for a deep clean before the holidays. I got great customer service and a very thorough cleaning. Rea was so kind and took care to make sure all of my needs were met to above satisfaction. Have my monthly cleans set up!

These people didn't do barely anything they said they would, no mopping, no baseboards, no dusting..... When we called the office just after the woman left, they ghosted us. They didn't respond to 1 message, I called and left at least five for manager "jeff". I tricked the system by calling from a different number and asking to talk to sales, it's the only way we could get a person on the phone. They said, 'He'll call you right back", that never happened... They didn't offer remedy or refund, just a straight up ghosted us.

They did switch the sheets on the beds as advertised, which is unfortunate; because after taking my daughter to the urgent care this morning for a bunch of bumps all over her body that i (crazy worrier) thought could be measles or something..... Found it to be bites from all the bedbugs the woman brought with her.

This company not only stole our money for the cleaning, and now we're dropping hundreds (or thousands) on bedbug abatement. Avoid this company like the plague.... because they may bring one with them if you allow them in your home

I had so much anxiety about cleaning my bathrooms and felt bad because we have a very busy lifestyle. But Ashley came over and helped ease our mind about everything and on top of that did a GREAT JOB!! She listened to details and followed up with precision. Thanks Ashley! The service was so easy to book and I was so happy that I got same day service. My company that came over even complimented the results. I’m so happy!

We have used Serenity twice now to catch up on household cleaning at busy times and it has been a big time relief. Ashley has worked with us both times, she's great with our pups and uses products that really refresh the house! I personally would recommend their service if you're looking because we plan on using them more often going forward- especially if your schedule is getting busy! Do yourself a kindness and check off 1 item from your to-do list, give Serenity a go.

My cleaning Service was beyond fantastic! Working from home, I’ve had issues with noisy cleaners in the past, but this time, I hardly knew they were there until I saw my spotless house. The subtle, pleasant scents Were the cherry on top of an all around excellent experience.

Leli is the BEST. Real, honest clean. Not all cleaners are as good so I request her every time. Hopefully the staff wages get raised especially for the more premium cleaners like her.

From the almost instant response to a quote and flexible scheduling, to the open discussion on budget and what clean would work for me, and finally to the cleaner day-of Ashley - everything was courteous and professional! After my initial review, the company reached out and sent someone else to re-clean my home — and I am so glad they did. The second cleaner worked her butt off and did an amazing job. My oven and bathtub look incredible, and you can truly see the difference in the attention to detail.

Booked a deep clean for $170. The cleaner was polite and clearly worked hard — the bathroom and floors looked good afterward. However, the overall result felt more like a standard maintenance clean than a true deep clean.

The kitchen sink still had visible debris/buildup, and I was surprised the cleaner didn’t arrive with basic tools like a broom or mop (I loaned mine during the appointment). For the price point, I expected a bit more detail and equipment.

Not a terrible experience, but it didn’t quite match the “deep clean” expectations at this price.
