Their back office made scheduling and pricing easy, and Rodrigo took his time while cleaning our large L-shaped couch to ensure we were satisfied after he finished. Orlandi’s is outstanding! We had never used a cleaning service before, but decided to try it before family visited to stay with us for the holidays in 2024. Our neighbors recommended Orlandis’s, who were able to come in on just a couple of days notice to spend a full Saturday cleaning. They sent three people and cleaned our entire five bedroom house with a finished basement top to bottom. Our house hasn’t been this clean since we moved in, really great work. I have been using Orlandi’s for a couple years and they have consistently provided great work and the crew are thoughtful, thorough and conscientious. During our recent move, we hired them to clean our old house as well as our new house. To say they went above and beyond their call of duty is an understatement. We were out of town two weeks before move out and my husband ended up in the hospital with a critical skiing injury. I needed to change my move in dates up a week to make his life easier after our move. Being across the country, I was so overwhelmed trying to coordinate everything. Orlandi’s recognized my situation, and asked for my realtor information so they could coordinate the details and gain access to my new house so it could be clean when we moved in. They rearranged their schedule without hesitation and made it all happen. Their thoughtfulness allowed me to focus on my husband and all the other things I needed to manage while they handled the details. The fact that they took that off my plate without me even asking was something a friend would do, not a company. I’ve always been a loyal customer, and after this experience, I stand by my loyalty and highly recommend.

Very friendly, very professional, always quick to reply when i text, very hard workers, left the house clean and smelling fresh.they know what they are doing . Near perfect in every regard, and we are hiring them on the regular. They make your home clean and shine .one of my friend’s wife recommend them . Out of several companies I reached out to for a quote, Orlandi's was the only that almost immediately responded.
Their scheduling via texting was extremely easy and convenient, as was getting a quote. The cleaning team was able to come out the very next day, and they did an excellent job.

10 out of 10, I highly recommend! I used this service to prepare for our new home move in. When I say I walked in and not only was the place spotless it smelled so fresh and clean!
