Pitzer's landscaping is by far a superior company. We have had Norm and his crew multiple times repair our backyard following construction. Not only do they do exceptional work, but you will not find anyone more responsible, dedicated and authentic. Norm truly cares about doing the best for his clients. He puts the needs of his clients above all and will communicate every step of the way with you. If you need anything for your yard, you can not go wrong by hiring this company!

I cannot overstate my appreciation for Norm Pitzer. He has true integrity and stands behind his work. Norm took on a large job to grind down a true stump (after a poor job done by a “professional “ tree company), raise a flower bed, regrade our front and back yards (bringing in a semi of soil), seeding, overseeding, purchase & set up 11 sprinkler stations., and replace a few bushes.

When Mother Nature caused a truly bizarre weed infestation, Norm stayed in close communication, even coming over on a Sunday morning to solidify a game plan before the start of the work week. We were not charged for all the additional materials and man hours to reseed.

You can trust Norm to see your project through until you are satisfied with the result. They definitely don’t make ‘em like Norm anymore.

ProScape maintains both our Delaware and Marion shelter locations. We appreciate their communication, quality of work, and commitment to serving our communities. Their team consistently shows professionalism and care in the work they do, ensuring that our grounds remain welcoming, safe, and well maintained for the individuals and families who come through our doors.

Proscape has done a great job with our neighborhood. They do everything from mowing, landscape, lawn chemical application to snow removal in the winter. Christina at Proscape does a fantastic job with managing this and great communication as well. I highly recommend them!

HORRIBLE! Anyone in the business of landscaping should know you don't hack down rose bushes and ornamental grasses in the fall! Are you going to replace them if they don't grow back in the Spring!? I live in a condo community that Proscape worked on yesterday and much to my shock, they chopped rose bushes in more than half in size and massacred two beautiful ornamental grasses! What is wrong with you people? And then left an overgrown shrub HALFWAY trimmed! How are you going to make this right?

ProScape was professional and had great explanations & recommendations for every concern in addition to providing a warranty that shows that they stand by their work. The finished product looks amazing.

I called them two different times to discuss fixing a sunken patio at my home i just bought. I talked to a girl named Jamie. I explained what was going on the with the patio once already with this girl. She called me back and had me explain everything again. she could not recall having talked to me the first time. Which is extremely annoying. so twice I talked to the same person with zero knowledge. I said the job would be complex and it would really be better to have someone come out see the job for themselves. she refused to set that up. instead she asked me to take pictures of the patio and send them to her. I said that will not reflect the work that needs done and its a waste of time. I asked again to please send someone out and she once again refused to do so. Annoyed at this point, I asked why she cant just send someone, is this a job you want or not. She flatly said i guess we just are not a good fit for you. I received their advertisement in those plastic shrink wrapped ads you get when you first buy a home. My message to this company is to stop wasting peoples time if you are not serious about your business and please find someone who is knowledgeable and not incredibly rude or lazy to field sales calls. Jamie is terrible at her job. How embarrassing for you to have someone like this representing your company. I will be sure to let everyone know to NEVER call you.

Built an outdoor metal roof pavilion with stone fireplace. 1st......AMAZING!!!! It is beautiful. The planning thru project build was smooth and professional. As with any big job, hiccups happen. It is evident the team is well versed in customer service, doing the right thing. They were very responsive to our needs with quick turn arounds. Would I recommend them to family or friends.....ABSOLUTELY!!!! Would I use them again for the next project.....ABSOLUTELY!!!!
