Best cleaning service we've had. Sr Management is active in the day to day operations, and the account has moved from just a service to a relationship. We have an internal person assigned to reviewing the cleaning every day after the cleaning. She was so satisfied, she wrote them a poem and shared halloween candy with the crew. It's silly, but its nice to have nice people on staff.

Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Poor Customer Service. City Wide is very communicative, and professional, during the bidding process. Company representatives arrive on time, measure the square footage of your facility, and appear to take copious notes. Completing work is a different experience. It's unclear where those detailed notes go after the quotation is accepted. Weeks pass before receiving a repair status. Should you call the office to inquire about specific repairs the general manager will respond by claiming you call too much. Save yourself, and your company, valuable time, go elsewhere.

We hired CityWide for a last-minute emergency clean and the crew they sent out did an amazing job! They impressed us beyond belief! So much that we hired them for reoccurring services!

We are so happy with the services provided by City Wide. Our Facility Solutions Manager, Mitchel Bumpus, not only takes care of our daily janitorial needs and inspects weekly, he has also taken care of plumbing & electrical issues, painting parking lot spaces, window cleaning, and fence repairs. There has not been one service that City Wide has been unable to perform. It has made building maintenance an ease because it's one contact for all our needs.

Roderick is the best account manager!
They do everything from day-to-day cleaning, to replacing exit lights to touching up our paint.

They have done great work for me. I like that there is a specific person to contact and any minor issues that I've had have been resolved the same day, which did not happen with my previous company. They are always checking in to make sure things are going well and the supervisor makes in person appearances.
