My first experience with Brenda’s highly skilled and phenomenal services was in 2016 when we moved into our new home. Our white vinyl siding was long overdue for a deep cleaning/power wash. I was highly impressed with her attention to detail and professional services. She’s also as nice as can be.

Recently I reached out to Brenda again and was so excited to have her return. Just like last time, Brenda did an amazing job! My home has lots of trees around and lots of dust from work in the area from the past few years. Once Brenda worked her magic, my house again looked brand new.

We recently had our home, a sidewalk and the roof of our sunporch power washed by Clear Water Prowash. We could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Full disclosure, I am a Realtor® and I have used their services professionally in the past. Because of that past experience we got just what I expected. Great customer service, the job performed when scheduled, a first-class job and great value. I have learned that anyone can buy or rent a power washer and spray a house. However, there is a difference when it comes to the knowledge, education, expertise and experience that a professional brings to the table. The preparation required to protect you plants and shrubs, the choice of which solutions to use, and what pressure is best suited for different types of siding. The first job they performed for one of my clients was to power the roof of a house that was totally in the shade and was covered with moss. Clearwater Prowash deep cleaned the stone and stucco on the exterior of our Tudor home. They also power washed the garage floor and hand washed the garage doors. They were careful to protect the landscaping around the house, and their attention to detail was very good. We are very pleased with the results!

Brenda and crew performed spring maintenance (power washed, applied algaecide, added sand and sealed as required) on my 2 year old paver patio. As always, Brenda clearly explained the proposed tasks for the project. She is extremely knowledgeable of her craft, which provides me with total confidence that my patio will look its absolute best.

Brenda did a fabulous job cleaning our house and play set! Our house never looked so white! We even had compliments from the neighbors who could tell the difference right away! Our play set was almost black but she got it back to it’s beautiful natural wood color!

I called Clear Water Prowash as I saw the results from power washing a neighbor’s house that looked amazing after the work was completed. Brenda was attending a conference out of town the first time I called to inquire about power washing my house, and repairing, cleaning and sealing our patio and retaining wall. She responded back to me almost immediately and then followed up with a site visit as soon as she was back in town. She is one of the very few companies that we have hired that you don’t have to call repeatedly for updates even though she is very busy. We live in a wooded area and the house and patio were stained with moss and looked dirty. In addition, part of the patio had sunk and needed to be leveled. The siding on the house now looks great and as you can see from the photo, the patio looks brand new – the work exceeded our every expectation. On top of it all, Brenda has a great sense of humor. You should definitely hire her for whatever services that you she provides that you need.

Brenda has done it again! She did an amazing job on my paver patio that was installed about 10 years ago and never sanded/sealed.. Brenda/Luke fixed pavers that had angled downward over time and after the cleaning, sanding and sealing it's a new look altogether. What great work and done on time at a good value!
