I am so excited to share this review because my deck looks brand new! I put this project off way too long and I am so happy about the results! I had weeds growing up through our patio along with lots of moss. Everything was looking old and dingy. I called Clear Water Prowash to get a quote. It was so refreshing to speak with someone who could explain the process and what I could expect when they were done. Everyone was very professional and so friendly! They answered all my questions and explained what they were doing. We kept in constant contact in person or through texts. It turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend this company! Our patio was installed in 2007 and, other than one small repair, had never been cleaned or sealed. Brenda provided a clear, detailed, affordable quote and made the whole process easy. The finished patio looks fantastic—fresh, clean, and uniform. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone wanting to bring their patio back to life.

The team did excellent work. Attention to detail with cleaning my patio, brick fireplace, wood deck-were all made to look like new again! Highly recommended using them for your power washing needs!

We have had them clean our carpets many times and always satisfied. I had a sick doggie who severely stained my carpet. Ryan and his partner came in and cleaned my carpet quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend!!

We had a lot of issues with Master Clean that left me quite dissatisfied with their customer service, and, the missing of two scheduled appointments.

Issue 1:
We had scheduled their service for Saturday afternoon on August 26th, 2017.
In preparation for Saturday afternoon, we moved all of the furniture and knickknacks in the affected areas. Then, an hour before they were due to arrive, they called and said they had a truck breakdown and couldn't make it.
I had to put all of the furniture and nick knacks back. A major impact to our Saturday and, not getting the carpets cleaned.

Issue 2:
We rescheduled the carpet cleaning for the following Friday (Sept 1st) for the afternoon. I received a call from them early that morning stating that they wouldn't arrive until the evening. Now a major impact to our evening which we had not planned on. Which killed any dinner plans we could have had.
You would think that after causing major impact to us by not showing up for the first scheduled service, they would have really bent over backwards and taken care to make sure they made the second appointment as scheduled. They gave us, despite what we went through the first time, NO consideration. They took care of other customers first.
If I were the manager, I would have clean the carpets for free and made sure I cleaned them at the convenience of the customer. they didn't even do the later.

Issue 3:
I sent Master Clean a complaint regarding the service, or lack there of regarding both missed service times.
And Master Clean remained consistent with their bad customer service.
To date, they have not felt the need to respond in any way!!!
I will be warning all our friends on FaceBook as well.

I had Ryan & Brandon clean my carpets yesterday. They did a wonderful job. Very professional. Told me about the hardwood cleaning your company offers. It sounds wonderful. Thank you.

First time customer - adequate service. Professional/friendly guys who came out was strongest part. However, for one room, the door was clearly not closed to be cleaned behind it and detail around door hinges/corners was missed (just got on my own hands and knees to get them). If you are fine with that, then as I said, service is adequate.

Master Clean done a tremendous job at my place yet again! Highly recommended. Ask for Damon. He got spots out that Stanley Steamer told me I had to live with.

They've done a good job at my office in Pickerington well. Five Stars!

I called Master Clean to schedule an appointment today for the cleaning of my carpets. I had a bad experience the last time that I had used them. One of their technicians had broken a large decorative pot in front of my third car garage door with his hose. When I brought it to his attention with the hose clearly wrapped around the pot he told me he didn't do it. I had him call his office and I spoke to a office manager who told me to have the pot replaced then send her the receipt and deduct it off of the amount owed. That sounded like a fair solution to the problem and is exactly what I did. Never heard from anyone again and the carpet cleaning was done very well. So to my surprise when I tried to schedule an appointment with them today I was told by the scheduling staff that I was on the "No Service List". I guess that's fine just scheduled with a competitor of theirs. Very bad business practice.

I have had nothing but top notch service from these guys. I will never use anyone else. They don't move a lot of stuff but that's not their job, they are supposed to clean carpet and clean they do. Their system gets the water hot, hot HOT and it is more powerful cleaning as a result. Don't waste your time on anyone else, use Master Clean and get it done right the first time. (and no I did not get paid to write this, I really do love Master Clean, they are awesome).

Master Clean made my day today. I have a 2016 Toyota Corolla LE that had either an old coffee or coke stain on the back seat driver's side that I could never get out. I had taken my car to a detailer and they could not get it out. I purchased and tried myself, an auto upholstry cleaner and it ended up looking worse. So, I called Master Clean and thanks to the wonderful technician who came, he got it out. I wish I had asked him for his name so I could mention him by name in my review. He was pleasant, professional and obviously knew what he was doing as the stain is completely gone and looks just like knew. I am so thrilled, thanks to Master Clean and their outstanding technican who removed a stain that I thought might be hopeless to get out.

David did the carpet cleaning in our new home, he was very professional and knowledgeable about products/ services. He did a fantastic job, and we will definitely recommend Master Clean to anyone in the area looking for their services! Thank you!

Would give zero stars if I could. Have used them in the past with great results. This time they didn’t bother showing up today for their appointment. We stayed home all day and gutted 4 rooms. They were closed when their voicemail and posted hours online said they were open and they didn’t respond to their “emergency” message. If you want reliable or want a job done call someone else.

Came by today practically right at 1 PM and was out in about 30 minutes to clean our driver vent. Made sure to wear shoe coverings in our house and was very attentive. Would recommend to anyone in central Ohio.
