Dryer Vent Wizard was recommended to us by an expert at a dryer repair company. They really came through for us in a pinch! Would definitely recommend!

Our technician Jack was very personable, arrived on time (actually early - called to check if I was available)! Performed service quickly. Made suggestions of things we might need to replace in the next few years. Will use again.

Our technician Jim arrived early (after calling to ensure it was ok), and was able to remove a bird nest, install an external metal dryer vent cover (on the second story), and attached an upgraded hose to our dryer in under an hour. All this work was done for an extremely fair price, probably half what I had anticipated to pay. Absolutely 5 stars, excellent service and you could tell Jim is an expert that knows how to solve dryer issues quickly.

Owning a salon I wash towels everyday and cannot live without a dryer, James was fast and efficient and went above and beyond. His professionalism and the knowledge of his craft is unsurpassed. I will definitely refer Dryer Vent Wizard and James to my friends and clients.

Steve did a good job. Leaning out out lint trap and inspecting the dryer vent to see if we had enough air flow. He installed a new dryer vent cover for the outside dryer vent to keep birds from getting side to build a nest. He was polite and very professional.
