Steve was on time and very thorough. They were the second vent cleaner service trying to get it clean. The first one couldn’t do it and recommended Dryer Vent Wizard. It took a lot of work to get it cleared out. He explained everything he was doing both during and after everything he did.

So I had a wonderful experience with the provider his name is Trevor Stroub and he did an excellent job. My dryer and washer were fixed in no time and he was very professional with our conversation. I’ll definitely recommend the DVW to my friends and family

My dryer was not venting to the outside. HVAC and another venting company could not figure out how to resolve. James of Dryer Vent Wizard found the duct work which was difficult to locate and developed a new workaround. He was meticulous in working out the new routing and installed it to vent to the outside. Very transparent in pricing, and he really knoes what he is doing. I would definitely use again and recommend him for dryer vent work.

James arrived exactly on time, was polite and knowledgeable. He had our never (at least 20 years) cleaned dryer vents cleaned out quickly and completely and installed an animal safe vent flap-oh did I mention our dryer is on the second floor. Very happy with the service!

Used dryer vent wizard to clean out dryer vents. They were prompt, courteous, and proficient. Steve L was a very good communicator and explained what he was going to do and what the price would be. Afterwards he was done he cleaned up and we would have never known he wa there except that out dryer was now working so much better. Your technician, Steve L, was great. Obviously he knows what he’s doing. Prior to us moving into the home, someone attached a dryer vent that stuck out from the house and looked awful. DIY most likely. Called you guys because an animal got into the vent- there was no screen in the cover to prevent that. Steve repaired everything, flush to the bricks and even let me pick a color to match my stucco. It looks so much better and we won’t have to worry about something getting into our vent now! Very happy with your service. Cost is a little higher than other companies I called. But I guess you get what you pay for!

I can’t say enough good things about Steve L.’s expertise, thoroughness, and professionalism. So refreshing and comforting and wonderful to have a master spend time analyzing the problem and making the effort to properly repair it. We had a mess of a venting system from our dryer to the outside of our home. Others had done band-aid fixes; Steve actually addressed the root cause. We really appreciate his excellent work!

Our tech Steve was great! He took the time to truly find the root cause of the issue we were having and made all of the repairs and had us back up and running and made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left. Very professional and accommodating over the phone. Our technician, Steve, showed up on time. He was so friendly and helpful. He inspected everything and got to work cleaning out our vent. Now our dryer is working perfectly. He left everything neat and tidy as well. I highly recommend these guys. This is our second time using their service. Very reasonable price.

Very polite and professional. Arrived early (after a phone call asking if that was ok) and proceeded to look the job over and give us an estimate. They completed the job quickly and without any mess. I will definitely use them again!

They rerouted my dryer vent and fixed my nonexistent bathroom-fan ducting. Everything now vents to fresh exterior exits on our siding, all up to code. My stuff had been venting into the attic, so it was definitely a problem. Trevor was the tech they sent, and it could not have been done better or more professionally. I originally called two HVAC companies and they basically told me they couldn’t help. I was like, isn’t this what you do? Apparently not. I needed the wizards. VERY happy. And also the work has a warranty.
