Came by today practically right at 1 PM and was out in about 30 minutes to clean our driver vent. Made sure to wear shoe coverings in our house and was very attentive. Would recommend to anyone in central Ohio.

Just bought a house and needed the air ducts done. Had Corey come out very polite and answered all my questions. The job took with setup and tear down around 2.5 hrs could tell he really cared about his job. I had taken before pictures and once I saw what was the after I was shocked they looked brand new. Definitely recommend using them for you air ducts. What was even better they came early which was perfect

Maybe 5th or 6th time using Master Clean. Always a positive experience. What really stands out however is their technician Damon. Today was his third time at our home. As always, he was on time, professional, courteous, fast but thorough with the task at hand. He is definitely a credit to the company. Highly recommend.

I have used Master Clean for years and they never disappoint! I have even tried other companies, but they don't compare to the quality and affordability of the work. Also, every tech I have worked with is kind, professional, thorough, and easy to work with. Scheduling is a breeze, too! I hired MasterClean for the first time to clean house carpet and sectional sofa. When they came first time, they won’t move the sectional pieces and clean underneath. I was asked to pay for additional room at $35 plus tax to clean underneath sectional pieces. I paid a total of $586.19 — $35.74 more than the agreed upon price of $550.45.

Also first time they missed several spots near my office area sectional chair as well as all sectional cushion corners. So I called them to come and redo the cleaning. They did come and cleaned but missed back cushion of sectional chair in my office. So I called them again. I talked with Brandon and asked for them to come and clean chair back cushion. He said I am trying to take their advantage since they already were in my office second time. I was stunned. He declined my request to come and clean that piece. Who in the world would try to take a cleaning company’s advantage? I do not have free time for asking someone to redo the work just for my pleasure. It was needed work so request was made. For these reasons, I gave MasterClean 1 star & would not recommend them for cleaning.

We have used Master Clean multiple times! Today we had them out to clean the tile in our kitchen, entryway and 1/2 bath. I must say, I am REALLY impressed. Ryan and Ricky showed up early and gave a detailed explanation of what they were going to do. They even let me see the progress midway through and I was blown away. My house is 24 years old and the tile had never been professionally cleaned. I can say that now the grout is back to being white!! Thanks so much!!!!

I had my carpet in one of my rental in OH ,cleaned by Master Clean I thought I would have to replace the carpet, and the results were AMAZING!!!! They were timely, polite, professional, and had very reasonable rates. Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions on things I could do to help

Cody was our technician, he was on time, professional in his interaction and did a quick and thorough job. Our furniture looks great and Master Clean prices were half the price of the other major company I received a quote from. I would highly recommend this company and and am very pleased with Cody's work.

Ryan with master clean came out to clean our brushed concrete floor. We have had a cleaner come regularly but they just weren’t getting the floors clean enough and able to get up the tough grime and dirt that was caked to them from dogs and our young children over the past couple years. Using Masterclean and their professional equipment got the job done. Ryan cleaned the floor and then polished it and it’s looking as good as the day we moved in. He was very respectful of our home and explained what he did while here. We are very satisfied with the results.

Ryan did a great job cleaning my carpeted stairs. I was very happy with the results and the fact that they were dry in about an hour. He was very informative about other services will definitely use Master Clean services in the future.

Zach Wilcox cleaned our carpet and did a great job Moved all the furniture and cleaned behind the couchs. He was very nice and respectful. We talked for a little while, paid him and he left. I highly recommend Master Clean and Zach we will ask for him next time.

I have used master clean in the past and they have always done a great job. My furnace leaked in my finished basement soaking my carpets. Master clean did a water extraction, mold and mildew treatment, and deodorize treatment the very next day. They showed up on time, the guys were very professional and the price was less than I anticipated. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again.

Ules was the carpet cleaner and he did a great job. I had some pet stains as well as the carpet has some age on it. He was thorough and careful. Also, very polite. I would highly recommend.

I am very impressed by our carpet cleaning by Ryan. He was professional and efficient. He was very knowledgeable about how to maintain our carpets and rugs for daily spills and messes. We have two small pets and a toddler and he was able to remove most stains. I am also impressed by how quickly Master Clean was able to accomodate our request to have the cleaning done on same week. Would definitely recommend and be using again!
