Wow! Corey at Master Clean was awesome! Quick, efficient, and courteous. Plus, my carpets look great!! I will use this service again.

Master Clean came out and cleaned all of the carpet in my house. The technician who did the work was very polite, professional, and did a great job. The next morning, after the carpet had some time to dry, I noticed a small area that didn't get as clean as I had hoped. I called and asked if they would send someone back out to do a bit of touch-up. I was very politely told yes and a few days later a technician came and re-cleaned the small area. He was very polite and professional as well. If I'm being honest, I was being a bit particular because the carpet wasn't very old, but they did it anyhow and couldn't have been nicer or more professional about it. This isn't the first time I've used Master Clean and I will continue to use them. Highly recommend.

We have used Master Clean before, so we knew to expect good service. Kevin and Van arrived during the time frame given, were friendly and courteous and got right to work. They did a fantastic job on our couch. We thought there were worn spots that actually turned out to be deep seated dirt. They made the couch look like new. The did their normal great job and on the carpets, finished in a very reasonable time and made sure to give us proper instructions on how long to let the carpet dry and when to put furnishings back in place. Would definitely use these guys again and will continue using Master Clean in the future.

This was our first experience using Master Clean and Ryan and Cody were awesome! They explained things well and made recommendations that were helpful. They did a great job cleaning our carpets and were quick and efficient. Ryan was great too at explaining all the different services that Master Clean offers. We will definitely have them back to clean the carpets and to do some of the other services they offer!

We have used Master Clean for over 20 years. However, today we had terrible service and results. The technician seemed to be in a hurry. He moved very little furniture. The furniture he did move was placed on the damp floor without any protection. Most of the rooms were completed so quickly that the carpets were mostly dry immediately after the cleaning. Our stairs remained dirty after the cleaning. We were charged for two rooms that we did not have cleaned. I now have to take time off work to have the rooms cleaned properly. I thought Master Clean did it right the first time.

Yesterday Ules came out to clean carpet, we asked if he would be able to do extra rooms and a chair . NO PROBLEM. He did an excellent job! Also worked very hard on our traffic areas . They look way better! I have been using Master Clean for about a decade. Wouldn't use Any one else, also reasonable prices. Thank You again Ules for a great job!!

I had Master Clean come out to clean my air ducts and the dryer vent on March 30, 2023. On Wednesday, April 19, 2023, I heard a lot of struggling coming from behind my dryer. Long story short, after we got the wildlife services to come out, we were informed that our dryer vent flap was broken from the outside, and that a bird (European Starling) was casually flying in and out of our dryer vent and building a nest until it got stuck at the bottom. From what we were informed, the dryer flap was broken (inwards) probably during the cleaning that was carried out by Master Clean. After contacting them, their earliest appointment was the next day (I had reached out in the morning) and they would have rather left the bird struggling to move than come out to help fix the problem that they caused. They implied that I was the one who opted to call wildlife rescue rather than wait for their next day appointment and they’re not responsible for any costs incurred to remove the bird or fix the flap. They also refused any responsibility towards the act and said that the dryer functioning could have just broken the flap.

They sent Tony out to my place to clean carpet. He was professional and did a better job than the 3 people Stanley Steamer sent last year for the same job. No kidding. I will call Master Clean again for sure

I can't say enough great things about Master Clean! I woke up on a Saturday morning to a disaster—my dog had gotten into the trash and dragged spaghetti sauce all over my carpet. In a panic, I called Master Clean at 8:30 AM, and to my surprise, they had someone at my house within an hour and a half!

The technician was not only prompt but also incredibly professional and efficient. They worked their magic and completely restored my carpet, leaving it looking brand new. Thanks to Master Clean, my day was saved, and so was my mischievous pup!

We used them recently and they are reasonably priced, more to that they did thorough cleaning of our upholstery and first floor carpet. Our carpet were never cleaned before and with their service it looks brand new. I highly recommend master clean.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the job that Tony did on our carpets this morning. He is a super guy and very thorough. He managed to get up all the cat spots that my late cat left behind! Pleasant, profession, and on time (early even).
