Bob is always prompt and professional. He makes the windows sparking clean and I always wonder why I didn’t get them cleaned sooner!

I always thought of myself as handy with a sponge and a squeegee, but after watching these folks do it, I need to up my game! I mainly contacted Bob Cleans Windows to help me with my second story windows, since I wasn't able to get up there to get them myself. Once I filled out some basic information on their website, I had a quote ready to go within 24 hours. After signing off, they got me on the schedule promptly.

The first part of the service was straight-forward. The team of two workers came in and cleaned the interior of the windows with a sponge and squeegee, taking extra care to not let the solution drop off the sills and onto the floor or carpet. I was impressed with how fast they moved yet the windows were spotless.

The exterior service was the really cool part: they used a purified water source and scrub brush to get all the outsides of the windows that left a 100% spotless rinse when they were done. They even got my skylights clean!

The two workers that came out were friendly and answered all my questions too. Super professional experience all the way around.

Professional window cleaning was never something I'd thought I'd try, but I'm glad I did. I'm adding this company to yearly rotation of services that will help my home look pristine inside and out. I can't recommend them enough.

I had Bob and his crew come out to do my windows inside and out including a skylight. They did an amazing job! They were prompt, professional and efficient. I have a lot of windows and I think they were done in under 2 hours! Will use them again in the future!

Bob showed up on time was very professional got to work right away. He cleaned our windows inside and out, sill/track and screens. This was a big job over 30 windows, plus screens. Bob had great communications so I knew exactly when he would show up. He is very friendly and professional person and the windows looked wonderful when he finished. His quote sent in advance was what I paid when he finished. I will continue to use him in the future and that’s the best recommendation I can give.

I never had my windows cleaned by anyone other than me. What was I thinking? These guys are great! Bob is very kind and friendly through all the conversations I had with him; unusual issue in cleaning my Florida room windows. He was so patient and professional that I added doing my j door windows as well. Bob & Bryce arrived on time and even sent a text message that they were on their way. Nice touch! This was our first time using Bob Cleans Windows and we were very satisfied. They did a fantastic job, and were very professional in their work. I also appreciated their communication on the day they would come and update about their arrival time. All in all, very happy!

Bob is an excellent communicator. He was very professional- explained his process and showed me where I have two windows that need attention (a service he doesn’t supply so no “upsell”, just good information). He was on time and efficient. Price was reasonable.

We’ve used Bob 3 times now, we have large, tall windows in the woods. He’s a professional in every way, punctual, and knowledgeable in his trade. He doesn’t cut corners in doing the absolute best work he can do.

Bob Cleans Windows did an outstanding job. On time, very professional, cleaned all windows and sills, and reasonable price. Definitely recommend and will use again next year.

Their people obviously do not understand parking laws because they parked right in front of our mailboxes and prevented us from receiving a package we were expecting.

They are good. Some flexibility with time.Usually same crew come for cleaning so they know customer expectation.

We scheduled a 3 man hour cleaning for 12pm, I reached out at 1230 as no one had shown up. We were told they had a call off and running behind. At 2 PM I asked if I could have a rough estimate Of their arrival. I was informed they wouldn’t be able to make it that day. I had waited around for 2 hours, just to be cancelled. We rescheduled for the next morning at 830 AM. I reached out at 840 as no one had arrived and was told they had just left the office. They finally arrived at 925. At 1015 they tell my husband they are finished. We did not receive a discount as promised for the cancellation. Nothing had been organized (throw pillows, blankets, etc). I don’t think they vacuumed upstairs at all as there is still dog hair all over the floor. They were here less than one hour when I paid for 1.5 hours (3 man hours with 2 cleaners). They left trash from the bathroom on the front porch. Horrible service, not a great cleaning job. All in all, go with someone else.
