I've used Signature Carpet for almost 10 years and they always clean my carpets so well. I have pets who make messes and Signature Carpet can get all the stains out. The tech that was at my house was very respectful and efficient.

I would like to also thank Mike for the courtesy call he made to me regarding an unexpected change in my time. I have been treated with great customer service since the first day I made the call. I can't remember the lady's name who was soo kind and helpful. I have always worked in the customer service field, and I am a true believer in first impressions are lasting impressions. With the rains this week, my sump pump finally stopped working. And being just before a holiday, I was concerned about getting someone to get the water out of the basement. But Signature Carpet had someone out within an hour after my call. He did a great job extracting the water and sanitizing the carpet to avoid any mold or mildew issues. They will be my first call the next time I need any carpet care. Highly recommend.

I was so impressed with Signature Carpet’s carpet cleaning - I had my carpets cleaned prior and was told that certain stains could not be removed - but they were gone! The techs were very helpful and kind and I plan to use them next year as well!

We loved our cleaning service with Signature! We had our couches and large area rug done and he did a fantastic job. They dried in no time and smelled nice a fresh. The technician was very professional and friendly. This was several months ago so I forgot to leave a review. We'll be calling again soon though! Love your logo design too ;)

Signature's technician showed up in time and after showing him the rooms requiring cleaning, he put his shoe protectors on ang got right to work and cleaned the carpets to perfection! Signature Carpet Care did a great job on our tile and carpet. They provided a text/call, ahead of the service a few days ahead as a reminder and also the day of to let us know when he was to arrive. Robbie arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work.
This is the type of communication and service is the gold standard in my book.
