The employees show up whenever they want and argue more than they work. There are streaks and smudges and water lines running down on 90% of our windows. Will not be rehiring these people.

Bryan was great. Hadn't had the carpets cleaned in over 4 years for various reasons. He did a thorough job and addressed my concerns about high traffic areas. Cleaned up great and I can't believe how dry they are so recently after the cleaning. Hopefully he can return next time, and it won't be in 4 years
