Bryan was fantastic. We have 3 kids and a dog and our carpet hadn’t been cleaned in 5 years. To say it was over due is an understatement. He did an amazing job at cleaning and bringing the carpet back to life. We had 4 bedrooms, stairs, hall and a living room cleaned. We will definitely be using MCT again for our annual clean.

My technician Brian did a great job on my carpet. I had my living room and hallway cleaned. I have lived in my apartment for 7 years so you can imagine how soiled a carpet with high traffic can become. Especially with 3 grandchildren and a small dog. He was able to remove the stains and get it pretty clean for it to be old and worn. I would definitely recommend MCT carpet cleaning. Brian was great!

Our carpets were way overdue for some processional cleaning and Brian and MCT Carpet did an amazing job!! We are so happy with how nice they turned out.

Just WOW! We booked these guys quickly after an online referral. They are LEGIT. We are an active household (kids/pets) but keep our home clean. They pulled 10 years of dirt out of our carpets like magic! And the entire house smells amazing! Highly recommend. Allen was great with the job. It was a small job. About a room and a hallway. He was very courteous. And gave me all specs of what it will take to get the job done right like how I want it.

Bryan was such a gem! He cleaned the carpets in our basement and it's a night/day difference. They look like they did before we moved in! We will definitely be contacting him again in the future. Highly recommend!

Schedule a cleaning with MCT carpet care!! Allen and Chris did a great job on my townhome! They were able to get rid of stubborn stains in the carpet and they did an amazing clean on my couch and rug. I have 2 dogs and it feels like a new home. Just in time for the holidays! :)

We appreciate that this company did not quit until they made the situation right. Chris came out and was able to put a treatment on the carpet that brought the stains out from where it was left too wet. He even left a heavy duty fan with us to ensure that everything was done properly.
Thank you for taking the time to seeing that everything was correct. We appreciate the dedication.

Edit: 5/18/25: They came out yesterday and said the spots were “brown out” and the ph was off, which is what we figured because we had read about it (the guy my husband spoke to on the phone tried to say it was just dirt coming up to the surface aka “wicking” which it was not). So he went back over it with water. He was so apologetic and took full responsibility. We appreciate that. And the fact that they didn’t waste any time coming out to attempt to make the situation right. We were really hoping it would take care of the problem. Sadly, it did not.
We have had four people clean this carpet before MCT: three professional cleaning services: one my husband had used for about 25+ years, another we had used for about 10 years, one we used once, and my husband being the fourth (with a professional cleaning machine). This has never happened. Ever. Now we are left with random brown streaks and stains in various places on a very expensive carpet.
I will go back to one of the other cleaners and hope they can fix it. I just hope our carpet isn’t ruined to the point we need new carpet. I have more photos from today but no point in adding them. They look about the same.

Well, I’m editing my review to give two stars. We’re not sure what happened. We had Bryan out yesterday and we are in no way blaming him, but today after all is said and done and our carpet is dry, we have a TON of deep dark brown stains all over that were NEVER there before. I certainly hope our carpet isn’t ruined. This has never happened with any other cleaner that we have ever hired. I’m hoping this can be resolved.

The entire 2 BHK was completed in about 30–40 minutes. While this may appear to be efficient time utilization, I don’t believe it was achieved without compromising on quality. I understand that winter may not be the best season, as it took more than 3–4 hours for the surfaces to fully dry. However, the main reason for hiring professional cleaners was to get a thorough deep cleaning ,proper steam cleaning to kill germs and high-power suction to extract water and dirt.

I feel that steam cleaning was the only aspect done to a somewhat satisfactory level. While I can’t technically verify but mentally satisfied.

What could have been significantly better is the pace of cleaning. A slightly slower approach would have made a major difference in terms of deeper cleaning and more effective water/steam suction. In fact, when I tried spot cleaning myself using a household carpet-cleaning vacuum, I felt it delivered better results in those areas.

Additionally, the attitude and support could have been better. There was no assistance at all in moving even a few remaining items as I was informed. We had already prepared about 90% of the house for cleaning; only minimal help was required to move items like a table and a sofa, which was not provided. Moreover, the cleaning was specifically hired to clean the house, so complaints about the house being more dirty in some places where we walk more did not make sense from my perspective , that is precisely the reason the service was engaged in the first place.

Overall, I would rate the service as average, not excellent for the price I paid.

We had a pet pass away that occasionally was having accidents on our carpets. That coupled with several children and daily stains, and wear & tear, had our carpets looking really rough.
We had Brian come out from MCT He did such an amazing job making this whole place not only look like new carpet, but also smelling amazing!
Everybody was really personable to work with and friendly, and I felt very comfortable having them care for our home.
From the first call, I made to the complete end result I would say that I am more than 100% satisfied with this whole experience!

Bryan was fantastic! He showed up on time, wore footies on his shoes, was respectful and polite. He did a great job on the carpet and explained things along the way. Bryan Y, cleaned out carpet and did an amazing job. We have high traffic areas and our steps were filthy. The carpet has not been clean since Covid. It was Filthy. He was very pleasant. I felt safe.
