Zack was very professional and thorough! It’s so much brighter in my salon now. He didn’t leave streaks, finger prints, soap at the bottom of the window! Nothing! He even cleaned up after himself. If he moved something he put it back! Also didn’t put our posters back up all lopsided! He seemed to really care. That means a lot.

Darayl is a very down to earth guy. Super polite and a hard working guy. Most people who come in to do cleaning don’t try to talk to us or associate with us but Darayl is our here at 9:30 in the morning getting these windows cleaned while cracking jokes with us having fun with what he is doing. Whatever you guys are paying this man it needs to be more because is really that guy!

The tech was in contact with me the morning of the service because it was raining. We agreed to delay the service till later in the day. He was very good and the windows look great

I had worked with another company for the last few years and they did a good job, but weren't great communicators and weren't very reliable. I did a little research and found CWC had great online reviews and have been in business for a good length of time in Columbus. They were easy to book , communicated well, friendly, prompt, showed up when they were supposed to , did a great job cleaning the windows and they were actually a little less expensive than the previous company. High recommend CWC - Jim M

Robert Lopez did a great job at the Verizon store today, he took his time and didn’t cut corners. He even stopped in to ask if we were satisfied with the job. Would Highly recommend Robert to anyone.

As I wrote in the original text request. It was probably too big of a job for one person. The tech was very nice and tried his best. But there was some damage to screens, some damage to trim where the screen windows went in. Two small windows were missed. Not all screens were put away. Again this was due to it being dark and only one person was sent to do the job. If we used you again we would only do this during the summer with longer hours of daylight. Also we have never received a bill yet.

Kendall was the young man that came to wash my windows today. He’s very professional and pleasant and he brought his own indoor shoes so it’s not to mess up my floors. He was very respectful of the things in my home. He’s doing an excellent job.

Timothy was great to have on our salon. He worked efficiently and kindly around our customers and left our windows sparkling. Highly recommend!
