I had a wonderful experience with Jonathan and Jamal. Both were professional and kind. Our sofa, chairs, and mattresses got the deep cleaning they needed!

Great job cleaning my carpet for 6 areas. One of the bedrooms had lots of stains and dirt. They were able to get out every stain and the carpet looks new again. I will be using their services in the future. Thanks!

First time using the company and last time using the company. We got it for my sister-in-law and the experience was not the best. They had my card on file for the deposit where the whole purchase was supposed to be charged, instead ended up rudely pushing my sister-in-law into providing her credit card information when she was never supposed to be charged.

She moved the couch before his arrival and she had to ask for them to clean behind the couch. It took some areas that were not covered 3 days to dry. After drying there were spots that still remained and did not come clean. One upside, the house does smell better after having the carpet cleaned.

From the phone call to make the appointment to the day of cleaning, communication was clear and professional. I received a reminder text a couple days before, a text when they were en route the day of, and a little education for floor care. The fews stains we had were left unseen (nail polish, dog sitting on stairs, and mascara). This father and son did a great job and I will recommend and use them again.

All of the carpeting in my house was way over due for a cleaning. Also, my dogs got into some prunes and made a big mess that you can probably imagine. The King of Kings Carpet Cleaning did a great job on my entire home. The dog mess did require a follow up visit but they got the stains out and didn't charge anything extra. Prices are reasonable and they were very fast and friendly.

Jonathan and his son were on time, friendly and professional. They answered all of our questions and did great work on our high traffic area rug. We will be contacting them for our next sofa cleaning and all future needs. Great job!

AMAZING! The service and the people were of the highest quality. As a father of five, it was very important for me to use someone who understood our needs, would use a CHILD FRIENDLY solution, and did not have a long drying time because of over-weting . We got all that and more! Use this company if you want it done well, and right the first time!

Their customer service in addition to their professionalism is something that’s just hard to find now a days and this team knocks it out THE PARK. I have used King of Kings before for my father's home and they made his twenty year old light bisque carpet look brand new! So, I recently had them come to my home, and clean my light beige carpet. I’m beyond impressed with the results. Jonathan and his son restored my light carpet to its original, like-new condition, expertly removing tough stains and walkway tracks. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. I will not use anyone else and I highly recommend their top-notch service!

COIT gave a reasonable quote for duct cleaning, and the guys were nice, professional, orderly and conscientious.

Most places like this, in my experience, tend to not call to confirm appointments or just don't show up. So when I mistakenly thought I scheduled an appointment for last week and no one came, it wasn't much of a surprise for me.

Luckily, someone called to confirm and I explained the mishap. They were very nice. It gave me a good impression that they are reasonable, nice, and a dependable company. Will definitely call when I need their service.

We had our carpets cleaned, our couch and out love seat cleaned and Coit did an amazing job! The gentlemen that performed the service was very nice and informative. I was a little late getting home and he was nice enough to wait after letting me know he was there. Was very nice about answering my questions and took extra time to show me the work that was completed and made sure I was satisfied. It was his last appointment of the day, and still spent the time with me and did not rush. The price was excellent too! Very satisfied customer!

I was totally excited about using this service again. I received an e-mail for a 50% off special carpet cleaning. I called and she mentioned the special for returning customers.

So I informed her I had 3 rooms, 1 hallway and 2 set of stairs to clean. The quote after the 50% off was $180-$200.00. So I said before the discount what would have been the cost and she said $360-$400. I was totally shocked at this quote. So needless to say I had to call a different well known company for less the cost before the discount.

They were prompt with their appointment time, kept us informed of what was being done and did an outstanding job, especially on a couple high traffic areas!
