James did a great job! He got out some coffee stains I was worried wouldn't come out. The carpets look beautiful! I wish I had taken before and after photos.

James and James Jr were very professional. They walked through to areas to be cleaned and what furniture should be moved. Then discussed options based on that assessment Would use them again

Loses rugs on a regular basis even if you only bring them 1 at a time. Calls me in to pick up other customers rugs and when I discover I have the wrong rug they act like it’s my fault. Terrible customer service and blames the customer because they themselves are disorganized. How can you blame the customer for losing their rug, and calling them in to pick up another customers rug which was much nicer / more expensive than the one I dropped off. I could have sold it for a profit but I brought it back in, only to get attitude on the phone and in the office. Forget talking to anyone who cares, they’re just here to collect a check

We’ve used Martin’s Carpet Cleaning for both the carpet in our home and also to deep clean our area rugs. Every time we have our carpets cleaned they do an excellent job. James and Tyler came to our home, were friendly, thorough, and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Carpets always come out looking like new! We will continue to use their services and highly recommend Martin’s to others who need their carpets and rugs cleaned and refreshed.

Tyler and Craig did a great job steam cleaning our carpets today. They were easy to talk with, were thorough and checked in throughout the process when they had question. I have used Martin Carpet Cleaning several times and have been pleased with their technicians. Based on past experience I was a little surprised by the amount they charged us.

James and Tyler came out from Martin to try to clean a Gatorade stain. Unfortunately, the stain was too set for it to be removed. However, they offered to clean other areas and cleaned their way out of our house. They were friendly, knowable, courteous and timely. I am the office manager @ The Grove Pediatric Dentistry and James came on Friday 8/22/25, to clean all the carpet in the office. From scheduling the appointment I gave the lady the dates I was looking for and she was able to fit us in and answered all the questions I had on the process. When James arrived he was very nice and went over all details of the job on what he would be doing. Before he started he measured the square footage and broke the price down for me to see if I was good with the price. James after he finished even gave me a quote for some upholstery that the owner would like cleaned. James definitely went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company and request James when scheduling, as you won't be disappointed. :)
