Great Service Always from Martin. They have cleaned our carpets and upholstered furniture for years. The young guy did a great job and had many welcome suggestions. He worked alone and I remember in the past when there were always 2 people helping which we always appreciated. Thank you Martin for excellent cleaning.

James and Brendon did a great job. James explained all they were going to do, were on time with a phone call to alert me they were in route. James did an outstanding job on my bathroom tiles they look like new. Also an excellent job on our recliners and carpet. I will recommend them and use them again.

Updating my review from last year. We had Martin Carpet & Rug Cleaning Company come again and clean the carpets. But this time we also had the tile floor in one of our bathrooms cleaned as well. We requested James again and this time another associate, Tyler came with him. Both James and Tyler were very polite, respectful of our home and both did an incredible job. One thing I really is the way they protect the corners of your doorways and corners so their equipment doesn't scratch the woodwork! The carpets looked great and the tile floor...oh my! It looks like it did when it was new 30 years ago. So white! I've had the tile floor and grout cleaned before (by another company) and it has never looked like this! I'm posting a photo but since I don't have a "before" photo to include, you'll just have to take my word for it! If you are planning to have carpets and tile floors cleaned, I highly recommend you consider Martin Carpet & Rug Cleaning Company do it for you! The price was reasonable for the amount of work they did also!

Recently we had Martin Carpet Cleaning Co. come to clean our carpets in our home. James is the technician who did the work for us. He did an excellent job, removed some stains in the walk area that were an issue and was careful with all of our belongings. We were very happy with the work and the value. We will use Martin Carpet Cleaning again and request James.

James and Jordan came out and did an amazing job on our carpet and kitchen chairs. With two children under two you can definitely understand the spaghetti stains and water paint marks. They were able to take it out and add stain protectant. Definitely recommend

Our experience with this company was phenomenal! From estimates and scheduling with Terri, to the clean up after services by James and Craig. Everyone is friendly and prompt, professional and kind!! My house is a disaster (two toddlers and many pets), they were unphased and in and out in 20 minutes to clean my old area rug. I highly recommend this company, I stumbled upon them by chance and I’m thankful I did.

James & Tyler did a great job and left my carpets looking fantastic. I had a few rooms where I had worn patterns into the carpet from walking on a set path, and they got those out as well as freshened up a staircase runner that hadn’t been cleaned in years. Thank you!

James from the Martin Carpet did an outstanding job; he is kind, professional, and straightforward about the job and what he can and can’t do. He was highly recommended to me from a friend and I can happily recommend him to others now too.
He worked carefully from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable, and he took the time to explain everything clearly- how long to let things dry, what it will look like, how to care for it in the future if I spill again.

Great service from James and Michael! Prompt, and communicated everything clearly. James also called in a second crew after I realized they didn’t have the upholstery cleaning on their work order that I requested. This was a huge save by James to make sure we got everything done we needed that day. Jordan and Craig showed up and knocked out the remaining needs efficiently and delivered high quality service. Everything looks fresh and new!

James and Tyler were great, went over everything they would be doing and pricing before service. Came in with shoe covers already in and had a great professional attitude. Service was quick and carpets, rug and furniture that was cleaned look and smell amazing. After having a dog for a while I became nose blind but will have this cleaning done once a year by them from now on.
