First time customer here, and I have to say after this experience, I will be a customer for life! Chris was beyond amazing, he was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The level of detail and care that I received from the initial scheduling to cleaning my carpets was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!

I have used True clean Carpet Cleaning for years. They are excellent. The tecks are polite and very good at what they do. They have gotten out stains I didn't think would come out. Devin Clark was my cleaner this time.

Usually I’m not the person who writes reviews online, but this service was so amazing that I had to make an Exception. I was in the market, looking for a reliable carpet cleaning service and a family member referred us to true clean carpet and tile. Making a service appointment was incredibly easy. Chris was very good with communication, And his skill set and services were at another level. He gave us great recommendations on how to maintain the carpet definitely not one of those pushy salesman to sell you more services, we were so impressed with his work that we had him come back for the tile cleaning. Their packages and prices were very reasonable. I would definitely be a long-term customer.

When you call to schedule and go over pricing Terry is the nicest most personal lady I have ever met. We ended up speaking multiple times in one day and I swear she was nicer every time!! She was so sweet and funny and very informative. Chris showed up to my house to do the cleaning and was very knowledgeable, personal, professional and thorough in the cleaning. They were so accommodating and came out in a timely manner. And the pricing was fantastic as well! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know and using them again in the future. It was like talking to my friends speaking with both of them and I just can’t say enough good things about them!!

Very satisfied with my carpet cleaning which included 3 rooms, a stairway, a hallway and an area rug. Chris was super communicative - before and after, gave me great tips, and was quick! They were also cheaper than any of their competitors. Gavin was quick to respond when I reached out to schedule and was so happy they could come out the very next day. We had a wonderful experience with True Clean Carpets. I put in a request for a quote and received a call the next day. After all my questions were answered, I was able to plan a time that worked with my schedule.
Chris did an awesome job and was very communicative in the process. He was able to get out stains that other companies could not. I also had Chris clean the tile in a bathroom that hadn't been cleaned in years. It looked as good as new.
