Chris did an amazing job with my carpet! Definitely recommend this company. He was very knowledgeable about the process of cleaning carpet. I haven’t seen this carpet this nice in 8 years.

Technician showed up on time.. dprayed6a little pre treatment got started then had no water had to hook upto our water supply. Said the company won't repair their equipment its leaks all the time.. . My carpet didn't look any cleaner than when they started.. sid it just wear and tear. It's been a day and half carpet still wet ad shows before and after pictures big stains after looks new. What a mis leading ads . I wouldn't recommend them.
Update Chris kead technician and owner Gavin came to the house and redid the carpet and got it clean mot like the first two cleaners thst rushed though tge job

Chris was my tech today and Victoria who was new booked me. He did a fantastic job. My carpet was reeking and he had it smelling so good. Of course I did have concerns about the tough stains but they came right up with no problem. I will be using again. And the price was unbeatable, I'd be a fool not to jump on that 3 rooms for $99 special. And for any additional rooms that need cleaned was $20. I will recommend as well as return.

I've used them twice now, and I can confidently say they are not only budget-friendly but also provide a much higher quality of service compared to the larger companies I've tried in the past. Devin is exceptional—so thorough and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

10/10 start to finish. The two gentlemen on the phone when trying to schedule were very nice. Devin was also very nice! Very efficient, knowledgeable and did a great job on my carpets. I managed to clear both rooms very well except a giant metal bed frame and he just worked around it lol. So much easier (and cheaper than I was expecting as a first timer) than doing it myself. Will be back!

I hired True Carpet Company for a move-in carpet cleaning and they did an amazing job! The previous owners left the carpets pretty worn and stained, but after True Carpet Company finished, they looked fresh, clean, and smelled great. The team was professional, punctual, and very thorough—exactly what I needed before moving in. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I’m so glad I chose them and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

Chris did an Absolutely phenomenal job on my carpet. It’s been a few years since I had my carpets cleaned and they got out all the stains from my pets. Last minute Next day scheduling also! They definitely just got themselves a repeat customer. Just check out the before and after Photos.

I booked a carpet cleaning with True Clean for 12/26/25. Technicians Devin & DeRonn arrived on time, were professional, polite and friendly. They took me through the area planned for cleaning, advised what can be done along with any additional recommeded treatments and began working. During the cleaning process they kept me up to date on how the cleaning was going and were a great team working together in synergy. My entire 3 bedroom/hallway/staricase was done within an hour and were cleaner than any other carpet service I ever used over the past six years. I was truly impressed with the outcome. I highly recommend this company and will be the first one to advise to ask for Deven & DeRonn when booking services!

I get my carpet and tile cleaned once a year as maintenance. I usually go with the companies that do a lot of advertising on TV. I decided to go with a different company this year because my best friend boasted about them. Man I’m so glad I did. They were not only professional and friendly. But they understood my needs and did an excellent job. I have a big dog and she kept a Oder in our family room. It was because she needed a bath but just a doggy Oder. They got it out of my carpet and my it a fresh and clean place for my grand children to play. Thank you True Clean Carpet & Tile. You will come highly recommended from me.
