We had a great experience with Columbus Window Cleaning Co. They were quick and efficient and a great job and the price was excellent. We would recommend.

Columbus Window Cleaning has stood me up for a commercial window cleaning appointment twice in the last 2 weeks...no call / no show both times. Rescheduled after the 1st no show, and then when they didn't show up for the 2nd, I tried calling their office with no answer multiple times, and had several emails go unanswered. Wasted quite a bit of time waiting on site for them to arrive on both occasions.

Columbus Window Cleaning does more than windows! The careful attention to detail, quality of work, friendliness and respect of the professional window cleaners are all reasons to use their services. Safety is a hallmark of the company's policies. If something is wrong, they make it right! You can trust them no matter how high or low your windows when you bring in the professionals from Columbus Window Cleaning. They care about your view!

I'm not sure what kind of company this is but they surely are not window cleaners. After sending their guy out three times to clean the windows it still wasn't done correctly. The first time they only cleaned the inside of the windows so they had to come back. They then had to come back a third time because the window seals were not cleaned. When the guy came the third time he said that they don't clean window seals and he took a squeegee and just wiped the window at the bottom. They charged me $338 to squeegee the inside of 13 windows (the others they couldn't do because they didn't have a ladder). Now I have to figure out how to get them to not invoice me and they are trying to send this to the credit bureau when I'm not a satisfied customer. I didn't sign anything saying I was satisfied with the undone job.

Had an area rug and runner picked up and cleaned. Got them back today and neither of them look like they have been touched. Covered in lint, dog hair, a small twig and just look dirty. The nap is matted down and I don't think they were ever vacuumed. Never again will we use or ever recommend this company. Trying to get house ready for a showing, and can't put the rug down the way it looks.😞
