Great experience! I’ve had a couple professional deep cleanings, and this was by far the best! They got everything I needed cleaned, especially the areas that are toughest for me to get to (doors, baseboards, windows, etc). The owner was very responsive and the crew was friendly and professional. Price was reasonable, especially for the quality of work.

Tried a couple of other cleaning options and wasn’t all that happy. These folks came in cheaper and are in and out in a short period of time. I love the job they do, they are friendly, respectful of our home and do a fabulous job. Have only used them twice but so far so good. I plan to have them come on a monthly basis from now on. Highly recommend.

We've had Soft Touch clean our house since 2017 and have been very pleased with Roberto and his crew. They always show up on schedule and are easy to deal with. They are very trustworthy as well since we vacate the house while they are cleaning.

While we have been reasonably happy with our usual Cleaning Authority cleaning crew, we had a very poor experience with the crew members who came out today. They were rude, and did a poor job cleaning. They left one upstairs trash can unemptied. They left spots in my bathroom sink and dirt on my toilet. They left a dusty rag on the decorative table in my entry way. They didn't put trash bags back in the upstairs trash cans. They also didn't put the garbage outside in the dumpster. They initially even refused to make my daughter's bed, complaining that there was clutter in her room. One of them finally did it after a supervisor told them to. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning crew.

We had someone out to give us a quote, which we approved and accepted. We put off scheduling the first cleaning until we were ready and when I called to schedule they said they could no longer find us in their system. They took my name and number and said a manager would call me back. I called several times and left several messages trying to schedule a cleaning, and NO ONE ever called me back. They must be super busy and not need any more customers as they obviously didn't want our business. Will be going back to Molly Maid!

After confirming twice and emphasizing that 50 people would be at my house for a party the next day after the scheduled cleaning, they never showed up. I called to find out how this would be rectified, especially since I had confirmed contractual steps for entry into the house 2 days prior & paid to have a key made just for the company, and was blown off by John the owner because it was Friday night. NEVER choose this company, I was already concerned when a current customer told me they "did an okay job" which I found out after agreeing to the contract. I will be canceling before they start and hoping to find another soon.
