They were very nice and on time. Great job on all. The only bad part was one window still had streaks on it. Other than that, very impressed.

They were very friendly and did everything I requested. There was a film on the bathroom counter and on the kitchen sink leftover. Other than that, things were cleaned very well.

I had a fantastic experience using this service. They were prompt, responsive, professional, and left my house spotless. I would absolutely use this service again!

I'm happy with the first cleaning. The women were professional, friendly, courteous, and thorough. I was comfortable having them in my home. I look forward to their return visit.

Lovely people who come to help me. As a person with Parkinsons I really appreciate how careful they are cleaning areas I cant reach. I am happy with the service and also feel they are flexible enough to work with me if I need to exclude an area I am working on myself.

I am very pleased with my experience. We contacted them on short notice prior to listing the home on the market, and after a major remodel. It was a big job to get the home to our satisfaction, but they delivered.

I scheduled the cleaning service for my daughter and son in law when they went to the hospital for their first baby. They were so pleased to come home to a freshly cleaned home. Maid to Satisfy did a great job, and were very professional. Thank you.

Pay attention to stars less that 3. They clean well until a contract is signed.
They address issues for new customers and backdate contracted customers.
The manager called my job yelled and cursed because I refused to pay for services rendered without notifying me.
Check BBB and lower star scores first!!!
Work to end bad services like this especially using veterans as a point of reference. There is no Integrtity or Loyalty worth supporting here.

Lacking attention to detail. They had to come back today for a second time. They still forgot to mop the bathroom floors. Completely disatified for 300 dollars. I was also told different prices. This is a picture of shower after they cleaned the first time. I scrubbed one half of the shower to send the picture to Stewart. So, he could clearly see of wasn't cleaned.

The actual cleaners are great, but the business side is sketchy at best. I wish I would have never signed up but they won't let me out of my plan. The way the service plan was described to me was not what I signed up for. I've tried to put the cleanings on hold due to Covid cases, but they only put on hold for 90 days despite the status of Covid cases. This company literally has less flexibility and empathy regarding a pandemic and financial situations than the IRS.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I had them clean my house and before they came out they did not inform me of their service contract. I informed them I was potentially moving waiting on a pending job offer for my fiance. They said as long as we moved out of the servicer area cancellation was not an issue. Now they are trying to force me to pay 4,000 plus dollars. I have asked to speak to the owner, the name of the manager who told me I could cancel, no response. The man I spoke to refused to let me speak to the owner and said "deal with our attorney." Holding someone to a contract when they are moving out of your service area is so awful. If you want to come clean in Chicago I will GLADLY pay you as I would have paid had we been staying. Also, they based my cleaning on 2 hours when they came out and the subsequent cleanings were 40 minutes so I was paying 200 an hour. When I asked about this I was told "If we are there for 2 minutes you get charged the full amount" What a joke. The man who spoke to me also told me he was recording our conversation without my permission. If anyone would like to see the e-mail stream so you DO NOT use this company e-mail me at johnlis10@gmail.com and I will forward you this correspondence I am glad you responded that way. People see what you guys are all about. And still was lied to saying it wasn't an issue if we moved. FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

I am in charge of my Aunt's Trust & after she passed her Ohio home needed a cleaning prior to listing it for sale. I contacted Maid to Satisfy & they accommodated my request quickly. The day of the cleaning they were on time & very adept @ their job. I would recommend them!

Maid to satisfy cleaning company is deceptive. Cleaning well until contract is signed and then service is less than professional. I have experienced several schedule changes, had cleaners leave several times before even touching some of the main rooms, including the master only to then show up with attitude about fixing their oversight. I’ve had to walk through and point out the same missed areas more than twice in one visit before actually cleaning the space and more often than not one crew member blames the other one behind their back. They are not equipped with the right products to clean a white kitchen sink or smooth electric stove so they have to use mine every time. It’s all very awkward. Their contract dating is also faulty, ends up tricking you into 13 mos of service instead of 12. I have spent so many hours fuming about their lack of professionalism that it was not worth their time cleaning or my time babysitting them and certainly not worth their high price. I have since found phenomenal cleaners for much less.

This review is not about quality of service, but rather about the high pressure sales tactics I have never seen with this type of service before. Also, be aware that the cleaners they sent to my house were in high school and told stories of working 8am - 11pm. I thought there were laws against that in Ohio.

I requested an estimate and probably was only half listening when they said they would clean that day as well and the rate would be $149 an hour.

They arrived to do the walk through and estimate within the window but close to 5pm. The cleaners were young, but professional and answered all my questions about their process and products they used. (So far so good.)

They estimated that it would take 4 hours to clean my home - which I thought was a bit high - but that's about how long it takes my husband and I to do it.

Here's the catch if I signed a 1 year contract the price would be about $300 per cleaning. Without the contract it would be about $600. ($300 is around what I've paid for other one time cleanings.) Now for the real kicker, I was expected to have my house cleaned right then, starting at 5pm. I asked to speak to the manager. I was willing to have my home cleaned on a different day, but she would not even discuss it, even though I made it clear that they would not get my long term business if they didn't.

Bottom line - I paid $75 for the estimate.

I was not comfortable with signing a contract for this type of service. As others have said the first couple cleanings would probably be good, but with you locked into a contract there is no motivation for the company to continue provide good service. I find the difference in price for contact/no contract to be way out of line. All that money is pure profit because you know they aren't paying high school kinds more than $15 an hour.
