They responded promptly to my inquiry and gave me an appointment very quickly. The two ladies that cleaned my apartment in general did a good job but I felt the service was pretty expensive for quality of work. I paid almost $200 to clean a 1,100 sq ft apartment which is insane. Plus they cleaned the kitchen/sink but left the dirty dishes in there! When questioned, I was told that would be an extra charge to wash the dishes. For the price, I expected the full service.

We hired Maid@Satisfy for a one-time, deep cleaning. I was told the approximate cost up front and it was very close to what I was charged. They didn't make it to all of the items on my list in the 2.5 hours I planned for, but they did get all big stuff (light fixtures, baseboards, etc.) I can't do. They were a little pricey, but were able to come right away and were very professional. I probably wouldn't use them regularly, but for a deep clean 1 to 4 times a year, they are great.

The ladies who came to take care of our house did a beautiful job, and they did it so quickly. They were both really kind and friendly, and the whole process was completely easy. I would highly suggest this service. Thank you so much!

Orlandi’s is amazing. We tried out their deep clean first and it was well worth the expense. Two staff were there for upwards of 4-5 hours scouring the house. They didn’t miss a thing. My oven was sparkling clean. Light fixtures were perfect. We use them once a month now and they take their time and are very thorough. They make bows on my kids beds with their blankets, lay any necklaces on my dresser in a heart shape. When they cleaned our kitchen they even pulled the used k-cup from my coffee maker and disposed of it. Devil is in the details and they don’t miss a thing. I’ve hired other companies before that are in and out within an hour and do a mediocre job. Orlandi’s crew take their time, are very friendly, and very thorough. I love it when they come! My house is sparkling and smells amazing after.

Their cleaning teams are professional and outstanding, leaving fancy folds on all toilet and tissue paper dispensers ala a five-star hotel. Their cleaners are always on time and remain friendly, quiet and cheerful throughout their visit. They leave a completed work checklist when done.
