They have been cleaning for me for over a year and always do a great job! They are very reliable as well

The two people cleaning did a fine job. They spoke no English and showed no identification. They used a translation app on their phone, which made it difficult to have a conversation. The weren't unfriendly, just matter of fact they don't speak English.

They were barefoot inside the house while they cleaned. I would suggest taking off the backpack vacuum while cleaning as this seemed to bang into my kitchen appliances as cleaning occurred in there.

They definitely stayed the entire 2 hours, I had purchased a Groupon for 4 hours cleaning.

The person I booked the appointment with wouldn't schedule via a phone call and had me text my information to him and was slow to respond.

Someone from their side makes my voucher as redeemed the night before they came. Which is something I have never experienced and the Groupon customer service said that isn't the typical experience.

I was provided a text from a different number that said a man was coming at a time range and was given a first and last name. A woman showed up with him. I texted that number to ask if he would be alone and 32 minutes into
Them cleaning someone responded to my question with a yes.

At the end of the day 2 strangers were in my home and they arrived in an unmarked vehicle. I wouldn't book them again, not because of the actual cleaning, as I said that was fine. The booking process and not knowing why they sent was enough to scare me off using them again. Today my son and husband were with me, I'm just not comfortable with people who I don't have any info or name being in my home and the person booking them won't talk or respond timely to texts.

I have been using this company for over two years. They are very efficient always do a wonderful job and very pleasant. I have no complaints. Highly recommend.
