We had an excellent experience with Nelson’s cleaning. Everyone on their team was friendly, reliable, expert, and extremely effective. Highly recommend them.

When I complained last time about the text I received that they claimed there were problems with sheets left, they told me they wouldn’t change the sheets anymore. I fired them and paid them. They then offered to waive the last cleaning fee. I requested the payment back on venmo and they ignored my texts. When I went to request a payment on vemo, the venmo system paid them again :/ so I requested a refund of the overpayment. No response. I have had a rolls of trash bags disappear (I know, trash bags, right?) and security system documentation that they didn’t clean for time I pay for. Beware of them. If they mess up they will deny it or blame you, and they certainly won’t refund over payments or actually waive fees. Yes I have texts to back all this up. Shameful.

This company knows how to clean!! I have had countless cleaning services over the years and finally found a great service business! Nelson's has a team that works together well, which allows the clean to be completed more efficiently. Outstanding!

We used Nelson Cleaning for about 4 months before we had to cancel. A lot of difficult communicating (we had to text what we needed or problems to a third party who would relay to the cleaners what we said) and just a lot of missed things. I asked multiple times for just a general wipe-down of cabinet fronts, shelves, baseboards, and somehow that message wasn’t communicated.

Our experience was a lot of communication difficulties and only maybe two to three star cleaning (skipped things, missed things, halfway done things).

Extremely meticulous and professional cleaning service. Took the necessary time to deep clean neatly after having had wood floors refinished in preparation for moving in. They were available quickly and arrived on time. Would definitely use them again.

Cannot recommend at all! Very reckless cleaning crew. They broke & scratched many items in my home from cleaning too hard and do not respond well to correction! I used this company for years in 2 different houses. Just not dependable towards the end. Owner switches up the crew often and defends his workers not his clients! Just wait until you notice all the broken things around your home!

I have had a few cleaners in my home, but this cleaning company taxes it to the next level. We are so blessed with their work / talent (and yes it’s a talent)! Our family (teens included) appreciate their work ethic and our home is more beautiful because of Nelson’s cleaning crew!

This service is 100stars. Its outstanding house clean they got our home. I don’t even know how it was possible to get this clean. Very professional and results are amazing. Highly recommend and will use them 100x over!!

We had Nelsons come and start with a deep clean. I am so impressed with their attention to detail. They spent over five hours getting my house in tiptop shape. Excited that they will be coming back every two weeks.

I used Nelson's for a few months starting this summer, the cleaning was fine, I felt worth the price. My discontentment stemmed from the communication process.

Despite giving all information to access our condo, the cleaning team assigned to us never used it, requiring us to be home when they started. Our second cleaning, no one reached out to schedule per their guidelines, I so reached out. The third cleaning, they reached out, we got scheduled without issue. Just to be canceled the day of and be asked us to push back a week. The fourth cleaning, should have been this week, they reached out about scheduling a week later than our 4 week schedule. Obviously feeling like an inconvenience, I wanted to hold off on scheduling the next cleaning when I told them this, they responded with a "We're sorry to see you go.." message.

I hope the communication can improve for these folks so their crew's work can shine.
