The AC went out on a sweltering July day, but Fire & Ice sent someone over right away - Technician Mike was fantastic, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. The problem turned out to be a communication issue between my systems, which he easily fixed. I'm extremely happy with the service.
When it's time for my furnace maintenance check, scheduled every year as part of my plan, Fire & Ice sends Carlos Martinez again, who knows his stuff - both my brand and the job. He's been great both times this year, a rare find in an industry where service can be hit or miss. I'm glad to have them on speed dial, highly recommend their business.
