Jesus started out great, installing a walkway and backyard pavers with what seemed like genuine passion. He was great with communication during the thick of the project. I gave him flexibility when he needed it, as he needed more time than he originally proposed for the project.

Unfortunately, as soon as the majority of the money was collected, he stopped all communication. I’ve been left with an unfinished project, a hole in the front yard, and a driveway full of construction materials. My fiancé and I have reached out several times with no response. It is incredibly unprofessional to take someone's money and leave them in this position. Truly disappointed.

We hired Jardinero’s Landscape LLC for a landscaping project involving installation of multiple plants. Before the work started, I clearly explained that some of the plants would be arriving in a separate shipment, and he acknowledged that he would return to complete the remaining work once they arrived.

After partially completing the project, he later claimed that the remaining plants were not included in the original fee. However, I had text messages and camera footage confirming that he had agreed to come back and finish the work. After I pointed this out, he changed his position and said he could return to complete the planting.

At that point, I no longer felt comfortable having him return to my property due to the disagreement and lack of professionalism, so I requested a reasonable partial refund instead. Since then, my messages regarding the refund have been ignored.

Several of the plants that were installed were also placed too close together and needed correction. My husband paid in full upfront in good faith, and the situation was very disappointing overall.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company. I do not feel they were trustworthy or professional in how this situation was handled. I strongly recommend getting a very detailed written contract and avoiding full upfront payment before all agreed work is completed.

First I have to say, he is the best of the best. I had neck fusion and unable to do any yard work, which includes mowing. My yard has transformed to a new look. Mowing, trimming and got rid of my nemesis of a bush. I have been wanting to get rid of this bush for a long time. Reasonable price, detailed oriented, and maintained constant communication. He will always be my guy as I recover and always will be going forward. HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who are in need and want someone dependable and out of bounds hard worker.

Jesús from Jardineros Landscape LLC was fantastic to work with and I was thoroughly impressed. His communication was on point throughout the entire process. He was clear, timely, and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently, without cutting corners, and was incredibly kind and respectful. It is hard to find someone who offers great pricing, strong people skills, and top-tier work, but Jesus has it all. I 100% recommend him and would absolutely hire him again.

He was prompt in answering the initial texts, showed up a few days later and in a few hours had my yard looking fantastic. Money well spent. We had a ton of weeds on the sides of the house and the flower bed and it looks immaculate. Such a respectful and hardworking guy. Will definitely be using him again.

Heard about them through a friend and for the price the work was above and beyond. By far best my beds have looked in years. Work around my sidewalk, trees, and flower beds was excellent, I will 100% be going back to them for future projects.

Wow! What an impressive business! Super fast and thorough communication! Was able to come to transform my trees the very next day (a Saturday!) after I reached out. Did a little bit of extra work on a different tree too while he was here. Super friendly, fantastic pricing, wonderful communication - will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends!

Great job. From the moment I messaged them to the end of the job, very professional. They were able to move fast for us too with a turnaround time of just over a week. We will definitely use them again in the future!
