I have hired E&L Lawncare multiple times over the years and have always been satisfied with the results. Jay started his company from scratch and has brought a solid team of workers with him to complete the job each time. I'm excited to support a local business, run well by a professional.

We strongly do not recommend this company. We regret we did not do more background research before hiring them. Jay, the owner, took the money and ran and left his workers to finish the job. We were told they would fix the problems we asked them to fix, but they left without fixing them. We contacted Jay immediately after the job and he said he would come back to fix the problems. He never called back or came back. We were left with a hatchet job on our hedges. After a month of many ignored phone calls and messages and a text message sent with photos, we have gotten no response and we are being completely ignored. We had to hire someone else to come and fix the mess they made of our hedges. In 22 years of us living here, E&L was the most expensive hedge trimming and the absolute worst job. Buyer beware. Jay, the owner is a sweet talker and plays on being a vet to get you to think he is honest and responsible, which clearly he is not. He is truly an embarrassment to all honorable veterans.

E & L lawn care did a great job removing a tree from my yard. This is the second time I have used E & L, both times they were respectful, courteous, efficient and professional. I will definitely continue to hire E & L Lawn Care for all of my lawncare needs.

my wife put in a request to have trees and a retaining wall removed from our backyard. they were able to come out the same afternoon for a quote. we scheduled the following day and they were back before the weekend. full crew had everything torn out and cleaned up in a matter of hours. very friendly staff would definitely use them again

They arrived bright and early this morning and worked hard. The work looks great, and I will definitely hire them again.

Jay is very personable and detail oriented. I have a large dog, and he had the workers check with me before moving to the fenced back yard. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Jay and his team are amazing! I needed some stumps removed from my yard, and he was quick to respond with an answer and very reasonable prices. His crew was there earlier than the time he gave me, they were extremely efficient and even offered to clear the area I was doing for my firepit. In a world that has forgotten about customer service, Jay restored the faith it is still out there. Would easily recommend and would definitely book again for any job like this. Kudos, Jay!!

Do not hire this company. On May 28, 2019, they charged me $530 to mulch around weeds. Zero "spring cleaning" or bed edging was performed. At first, I was promised a partial refund, then later on a FULL refund. We set up a time to meet so I could receive this refund, but the owner stood me up and turned off his cellphone. The owner has not answered his phone or returned any of my phone calls or texts since May 31. Services provided were laughable and the customer service is even worse. Save your money and hire your teenager neighbor -- you're guaranteed to get a better result.

I want to say E&L LawnCare did a phenomenal job on my front and back yard. My back yard was the worst. It looked like a jungle, as if Tarzan was living in my back yard. No one else would touch my back yard. I kept getting rejected by other lawncare companies. They wouldn’t service the back yard due to how high the grass shrubs were and weeds. Those companies were afraid of damaging their equipment. E&L LawnCare had the necessary equipment and resources to make my back-yard look like a yard again. I’m very happy E&L LawnCare was available. They provided me with great service.

VERY pleased ! I had an old koi pond that needed removed, I called on Tuesday and it was done on Friday before I was off work! Cost was 1500 but he gave us a 1st service discount to 1263. I would use his company again and recommend!

I chose E & L Lawn Care to do our spring yard clean up and mulch bed refresh this year. They did a fine job at a fair price and Jay was a pleasure to work with.

This lawn care business hires reckless drivers that fly out into very close oncoming traffic (a line of multiple cars) causing everyone to slam on their brakes to avoid hitting them and causing themselves to fishtail, almost sideswiping my car and I was the second car in the line of oncoming traffic. They were pulling out of Landings Loop condos on Worthington Galena Rd. this morning (11/24) after 9am. Do better!! People are trying to make it places safely.

We have utilized Ram’s services for a couple years now and he and his team have been fantastic! Hard working, professional, responsive and really worked with me on what I was hoping to achieve. Incredible value. Highly recommend!

Ram and his crew were very professional and did great work cleaning up my beds and keeping them maintained. My beds were all in really rough shape and they got them looking really sharp! Quick responses, offered help in deciding what plants to plant. Great experience and would highly recommend!
