I've had NexGreen for several years. Chris was out today. He explained everything that was going to be done, very friendly, personable and as always did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for your lawn care needs. Several homes in my neighborhood use NexGreen as well! They're the best! Thank you NexGreen for the outstanding service, including outstanding customer service!

NexGreen has serviced my lawn for several years and treated my shrubs and trees. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them. Cedric was at my home this morning treating the lawn. Cedric has a great smile and always very pleasant and willing to take time to address any questions or concerns I have. Cedric is a great representative for NexGreen.

We've had several lawn care providers over the years but NexGreen is where we've found our rhythm. The offer a variety of services and we were able to incorporate care for our trees and bushes. We've also grown a relationship with our technician who provides excellent!!! care and customer service. Russell Ellis has been amazing! We missed him last year so I hope that we are back on his route for good now.

I've had a number of lawn care providers over the years, but switched to NexGreen in 2024, primarily for bio -friendly products and thorough treatment schedule. Lawn has never looked better (even with the drought in 2024 and persistent central Ohio heat this year). Unlike with past providers, I rarely have to "spot treat" for weeds. Friendly, courteous and professional staff, both on the phone and in the field. Just added Horticulture services for the balance of this year.

Giving this company one star because that is as low as I can go. I spoke with John Shuey at the beginning of the season and discussed my concern with my yard. Given my busy schedule I couldn't keep up with the maintenance . He assured me that they would continue to maintain my yard as if I were doing it myself. No crab grass, no thistle, no dandelions. I was pleased to hear this and excited to see my yard. From that day forward it went down hill. The weeds took over. After every application I was assured it would be fixed. I had to give the application time to work. Week after week and nothing . THe grub control I scheduled was never applied. I ended up doing it myself several weeks after when it should have been done. When I called to cancel, they informed me that they were sorry and were going to get it on the schedule as soon as possible even after I had informed them I had already done it. 3 applications into the season and I canceled all further services. My yard is full of weeds and looks worse than my neighbors whom has no one treat his grass. I am very disappointed with this company and the service I received and would not recommend anyone in the westerville area to use this company.

Highly recommend Billy and NexGreen. They accommodated my request for an early application so that I wouldn’t have to leave my yard unlocked all day. Billy phoned to advise he was on the way, giving me time to secure my dogs and unlock the gate. Before leaving, he told me what he had applied and provided after-application instructions. Greatly appreciate Billy and NexGreen’s respect for, and accommodation of, my security and pet concerns. Thank you!

Great and helpful lawncare company! We've had Billy F. taking care of our property and he delivers great service every single time! Our lawn is well taken care of and communication is sent out prior to service day which I think is very helpful! Highly recommend this company and the services they offer!

I have had Nexgreen for a few years. They have great customer service and my lawn continues to look better and better each year. My current technician, William, is not only extremely nice, but he checked on some issues of the outside of my house and yard and promptly reported it to me. This went above and beyond what I would expect of any company!

We have been using NexGreen to treat our lawn for years, and are very happy with the service. William stopped by today and was great! He was very informative about the current issues with lawns this season. He even paused to meet our dog! Thank you William.

I have been a customer for at least 5 years. I spoke with Luke initially. I was very impressed how professional and knowledgeable he was! Since then I have contacted him when I have had issues with my lawn. I was watering incorrectly. Luke retrained me on the correct way to water and cut my grass. My yard looks great!! I give credit to Luke! I wish more companies had people working for them like him! My life would be so much easier.

If you are looking for a new lawn care company, I highly recommend Nexgreen. You might even get lucky enough to work with Luke!! I hope the company knows what a valuable employee they have! You can read some of my previous reviews. I am not easy to impress!

Russell has taken care of our lawn for 2 years. It looks great and is improving each year. He is always on time, diligent and mindful of flowers and plants. 5 stars without a doubt.

Had Nexgreen for almost 2 years now. We just had our first cut of the season. My front lawn looks like Muirfield and we love it! If there is one complaint about the treatments, it is that my back lawn has bare spots and I thought their overseesing would cure that. It hasnt. Overall, I absolutely love their service. Their techs are always extremely kind as well as customer service when you call. They also let you know before they charge you for service so there are no surprises. I would recommend Nexgreen over any of the other lawn companies.

The company is not trustworthy. I had used them for roughly two years. My previous lawn care company - who I really liked - was sold and NexGreen acquired their client list. NexGreen’s lawn treatment was very different but I was too apathetic to change. Lawn looked just OK. Never great but acceptable. I scheduled overseeding/aeration and was advised that they would be out within 72 hours of marking irrigation heads. I received an aggressive email indicating that - if I didn’t respond quickly - no guarantee that the service would be performed in a timely manner. I complied with their mandate and no one showed. No call. I had moved another project scheduled for that week to accommodate them. NexGreen is untrustworthy and their lawn service is average at best. Do not make my mistake and use them.

Overall that service we get from Nexgreen has been great. They are quick to respond and communicate when they will be out.

Billy always does a great job. My lawn took a bit of a beating last season with the heat, but I know Billy is going to have it looking great by spring time.

I've been a customer of NexGreen for about 4 years and they have been absolutely fantastic. They are extremely professional and their communication/responsiveness is top notch. Luke, in particular, is always on top of things and goes the extra mile. The only time I ever had an issue with their service they went WAY above and beyond to make it right.

We came to NeXGreen services by way of our previous lawn care service being acquired by NeXGreen. They’ve managed our lawn care for 2 seasons now and were very satisfied with the outcome. We have contracted with NeXGreen again for the 2025 seasons.

This is our first season with NexGreen (2069 Builders Pl, Columbus, OH 43204), and we are thrilled to have them as our yard pros! Our yard is looking great, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with Luke (sales manager) and Russell (the yard professional/technician). Unlike so many other companies, they are accessible - locally - to talk about any concerns you may have. I can't say enough about Russell. He is the most knowledgeable, enthusiastic, approachable, and kind professional we've ever had helping us with our yard! He just left our yard again today, and he gave us all kinds of pro tips and education for maintaining a beautiful yard. Russell knows his stuff, period. He, again, expressed his willingness to be on call to always revisit us and do a yard walk-around to discuss/address any of our concerns. He is the absolute best! Their rates are reasonable, but their service/professionalism is borderline unreasonable because it is so good! LOL. If you are looking for trustworthy, professional people to help you manage the health of your lawn, look no further. NexGreen out of the Columbus office (Builders Place) is the place to go. First time using NexGreen and at a house that we’ve been at 1yr that wasn’t treated so it needed attention, I’m not super happy with first year results but it’s too early to tell. I’ve been promised better results after 2 years of NexGreen service, they said if not happy after a service to call and they would come back out a re do it for free but I’ve yet to see the free until this last time, we paid over 2k for a fall aeration and over seeding which the results were horrible so they came back out with more reseeding so we’re waiting for spring to see the results. I will repost as soon as we see results in the spring.
