Update. Since my review, they reached out with a resolution that I continue service with them at no discount, plus pay an additional $250 for another service. This is after using them for over a year with no improvement.

Robert Griffith came out & treated our lawn today. He was so kind and knowledgeable. I sincerely appreciated his communication and education on our yard. He has our yard looking like velvet!

We’ve used NexGreen for the last few years. Our last house they got the yard looking fantastic even the neighbors were jealous. We recently moved, and we have a lot to tackle since the last owners did nothing. Luke the manager has been great with all my questions and needs. Solid communication. And our tech Damon, is great. He truly cares about his job and helping us get our new yard looking great.

Absolutely fantastic! I started using them many years ago because I'd lost the fight with crabgrass, weeds, and stubborn patchy areas. My lawn looked noticeably better in just the first year and it just keeps looking better every single year since. Affordable and consistently great service.

This will be the 3rd season that Billy has been taking care of my yard and it has been a crazy turn around! When I bought my house in 2021, the lawn was green but it was literally all weeds. I tried to use Scotts turf builder and water and do all of that which helped but it still wasn't looking as good as I really wanted it to. I called Nexgreen and the biggest reason I chose them was because it is safe for my 2 dogs. Within the first summer of Billy treating my lawn the weeds were gone and then it became a game of greening and thickening up the grass. Last year was the best its looked so far and I cant wait for the first application to get it woken up and growing again. He also is a wealth of knowledge on planting and caring for my lawn and he is always happy to answer questions.

We’ve had NexGreen do all of our lawn and shrub treatments for years and been very pleased. This year, however, they made an error that resulted in damage to two shrubs. Luke was good about acknowledging the mistake and offering some extra services to us at no charge. You can tell a lot about a company by what happens when things go wrong.

I want to leave my review about services of maintaining my lawn by Nexgreen 2069 Builers Pl in Columbus Ohio. We had this company for about 15 years in old house and after my husband died I moved to a smaller house but kept this company. I was very happy in the old place and I am very happy now. I had several issues and problems in my new situation but situation was taken care of by a Manager Luke Himes. Luke is very responsive and responsible. I always feel like my house matters to him. He is very polite and always helped me. I highly recommend talking to him if you have any kind of problem.

This is our second season using NexGreen. We have been very please with our service and really like that information and tips the tech gives after application. Our tech, Mike does a great job. Our kids tend to leave a lot of things out in the yard and he goes out of his way to pick them up and move them (which I feel is really extra…not his job to pick up after my kids) when he easily could just spray around. Easy account management as well.

I’ve been with NexGreen for about 15 years. Billy has been treating my lawn for much of that time and he does excellent work. He’s very thorough and the lawn looks great. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

After the weed control service, a large patch of my lawn showed clear signs of damage. The grass turned yellow and started dying, and even after natural rainfall, it never recovered or turned green again. The damage was just at the first few lanes at the very beginning of the treatment. Would there be a risk of too much weed control chemical sediment at the bottom of the tank being applied at the beginning that overkilled the regular grass? Been their customer for 3 years and called customer service twice to wait for someone showing up soon.———— *Update: the manager showed up and assessed the damage caused by burns from their machine. NexGreen will be responsible for the recovery. They’ll do seedings as much/soon as possible. Looking forward to a good recovery soon.

Nexgreen has been treating my yard for years and my lawn technician Billy does a great job and is very informative and lets me know when I need to take extra care and what steps to take . He services a few other customers yards that I set up with the sales rep Luke in the past few years. Great company with great service.

Not Happy with your sales process. We reached out shopping around for quotes for some lawncare, due to repeated knee surgeries couldn't do some usual upkeep. Instead my wife had to deal with an overbearing aggressive sales process. The representative on the phone was incredibly pushy asking for card information before we even agreed to a single thing, she literally asked a question and he prompted so when are scheduling and what card do you want on file. Addtionally after being told we are still checking around he heavily was questioning why not us and why not now.

Then we get to today, two days later, You sent someone to my house completely uninvited, he takes it upon himself to look at my backyard and then wait around for an answer. Now normally I'd chalk this up to an overbearing sales process, however a new representative spoke with my wife after she called over being annoyed with this sudden appearance. This rep denied sending someone and that they must have just been in the area. So now this is an issue, no reason to lie. I have video of him pulling up, only coming to my house and then driving off and not stopping anywhere else near by. To top it all off he left a dang flier with our name, clearly intentional. I'd attach a longer video for the whole thing but Google only allows one 30s video. Do not send someone to my house again. And do a better job, no sense in lying trying to convince my wife and even this rep after my expressed the displeasure instead of a simple apology just went right back and said "well if you ever want to use us in the future my name is Joe"
