I have had Bello Giardino do work at my office Arlington Optical for the past 3 years. Flowers, Lawn. Snow Removal. They have done a wonderful job, and I highly recommend them. Tim

Worst experience hiring any type of contractor ever in my 23 years at my home. Arrogant blowhard that couldn't get get the trees planted straight. Charged 10K on 11 trees that I later priced at $2500. Took 3 months to get the work done and when spring came we found out that one of the trees wasn't even the right tree. Delay after delay until I called Oakland nursery and found a tree at less than $150. Dans response was a series of lies and screaming at me in my front yard that "They have those tree's because I ordered them!" Well I doubted he ordered 50+ trees for my project and yes he was lying again. Don't let this guy near your yard. He's filled with excuses and blame for anyone but himself.

Would not recommend them to my worst enemy....
They tried to trick us by not 100% completing their original estimate (stump grinding 15 old bushes). They completed around 11 stumps for around $1.5k (not all 15) and said they'd do a second phase of installing all new landscaping for about 30% of and acre for $15k.
Thank god we didn't do phase two with them. The worst part about this experience was they busted our electric line from the garage to the house. They claimed 0 responsibility and we had to pay $1496 to an electrician to fix the problem. As soon as their stump grinder busts the electric line, we were told by them that they'd send two electricians out the next day... We waited 30 days because they never came and finally had it fixed ourselves. -
The work that I requested to have done was of ok quality. The owner said that I could walk with his team to set expectations for the work that I wanted complete, and his team delivered on what I asked for but I would recommend keeping an eye on the quality. The team failed to property prune some of my perennials (one of my butterfly bushes was chopped down to the stump and my cone flower and peony new growth was pulled up) and they significantly thinned out a red raspberry patch that we have, pulling out almost all of the plants that took many years to cultivate. For the cost of the work I was expecting a strong understanding of the pruning requirements for plants. Also, I suggest you provide clear direction regarding edging preferences for landscaping beds - I requested edging and while they delivered on my request I feel the depth is a little extreme for the scale of my beds.

Nick is an excellent owner and has provided us and our neighbors with great lawn care and snow removal services for many years. Highly recommended.

My yard looks awesome. Nick is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to help me choose plants and trees that would thrive in this locale. Communication is very good. I highly recommend Caines & Associates.

Tommy and I have used Caines and Associates for the past seven years. Our experience has been exceptional, beyond our expectations and we highly recommend this company for your landscaping work.
Nicholas and his wife are dedicated to providing professional, timely and complete work. They are capable and able to provide a wide variety of services. We have expanded the services over the years and have never never been disappointed.
If you believe in and like supporting family owned and operated businesses that do the right thing every week for their customers, Caines and Associates needs to be seriously considered. Again, we highly recommend this business. -

Great company. So easy to communicate with that it makes me want to work with them year after year.

Stay far away from this company, unless you like getting ripped off. We hired them to mow my elderly mother's lawn, and they do good work. The problem is that they continuously mowed when not needed, and burnt the grass. When asked to skip a week, they would either mow anyway, or charge for it anyway. When inquiring with Calvin about the overcharges, he responds very child-like and threatened to remove her house from their route. Umm, yes please, remove us. We're done getting ripped off!

Very happy with the service my company receives from CRS landscaping! They’re always available by phone or text if you need them for anything. They’re quick to respond and their work is great. The guys are super nice too. They take care of your property and I highly recommend.

This is our 8th year with CRS Landscaping. They just did a spring clean-up to my yard this afternoon. Over the years they have pruned, trimmed, edged, mulched, graded, maintained a stone walk, taken out dead bushes -whatever needed to be done. When I had storm damage, they were out the next day. The owner Calvin is a great guy and his team has little turn-over. The men are friendly, hard-working, and they always leave things spotless before driving away. My husband is not able to tend to his yard anymore. CRS has been a great help and I recommend them highly.

CRS has done a adequate to good job on our commercial property lawn. But they failed to clear snow during our big storm in January 2026. The snow ended Sunday, but we were untouched on Tuesday and had to find another provider. We received no message from CRS or reason why they simply ignored us. Apparently we were just not a priority to them, despite being just around the corner.
