This company is not only fantastic and do work in a timely manner, but they show great leadership!

My apartments are dumb enough to hire because their cheap. They come in at 8 am. Honk their horn run around outside the apartments loud enough to wake me up. I work night shift and complaints will be made to my apartments Karric Place

These folks were hired by the HOA to mow the lawn in our neighborhood. Not only do they wait too long in between mowing, they clip the grass too high, edge the grass beds crooked using a string trimmer and cause the grass to yellow where they cut it too low. They also do an uneven job, with bits of grass sections missed completely. And their trimming of the hedges is pretty much atrocious. The neighborhood isn’t all too big but they take an inordinate amount of time to get it done too. They did do a decent job at mulching (though they spread it out over several long days) and planting flowers.

I have worked with Pinnacle for many years now to service our 62+ acre community, and have always had great customer service. Matt Bland has been our representative for about 3 years and always exceeds expectations! They have fair pricing, and are always reliable. I would definitely recommend their work to anyone in need of great landscaping and snow removal.

My apartment hired this group to mow our lawns. While they were able to complete this, they did leave a large amount of grass on my vehicle (which I have only had for two weeks). Their solution to fix this (after they saw I took a picture of it and have also reported it to the rental office) was to take a leaf blower to the front of the vehicle. I've never had this happen before and can only assume that it can't be too difficult to point the mower the other direction so as to not blow grass on the cars in the parking lot. I would not recommend this company.

Tony and his team were able to assist my elderly father with his back porch area. We were having problems with his living room flooding when it rained. Tony and his team explained the cause of the flooding, several solutions, and were quickly able to make his backyard a place my dad could enjoy instead of worry about.

Classic Landscaping installed a patio and steps for me. They showed up when scheduled and did a meticulous job. I made a last minute change, and Tony Jones was glad to make the adjustments. I would highly reccomend them to others.

Anthony the owner is a straight shooter and extremely knowledgeable and they stand 100% behind their work. Treated the work as if it was their own yard. I would highly recommend Classic Landscapes to anyone looking to have patio or outdoor living space work done.

I edged my landscape with DIY products from Lowe’s. I kept replacing sections that were damaged by riding lawnmowers. I turned to Classic Landscapes for recommendations. Tony suggested that I line the beds with River Rock. The appearance is stunning and I have not had to replace any sections. Beautiful work at a reasonable price!

Classic Landscapes did a good job with edging our flower beds; however, when it came to the paver jobs (the retaining wall and the front porch), the work was terrible in quality and was not what I would expect from someone who supposedly has 20 years of experience. In dealing with Mr. Jones, if you are happy with his work and in agreement with him, he is fine to deal with, but if you have any constructive criticism or if you are dissatisfied with something he and his workers have done, he reacts in a belligerent manner. His customer service does not meet my expectations.

Very pleased with installation of paver patio and stone fire ring. I’m a stickler about clean up and Tony and his crew were neat and efficient. I even threw a curve ball with trying to save some planted vegetation which required a modified approach. Would recommend to family, friends, and anyone.

Tony did an awesome job putting in a stone walkway for us. He really knew what he was doing and helped guide us through the whole process.

Tony and his crew did an outstanding job of replacing our patio. Every detail was presented before beginning the project and he answered my questions, which I had many. We had to make an adjustment on the steps due to new Powell city codes, but Tony worked with the city to assure all codes were meant prior to the start of the project. His crew was punctual and made sure everything was clean at the end of the day. Added lights in the sitting wall and steps which I would recommend, everything pops out when it gets dark. Beautiful job which will last for many years.

Great options here and knowledge staff as well. Options for all types of outdoor spaces.

They installed a paver patio with a fireplace over 10 years ago and it still looks great!!!
