Reviews of local pros in Columbus, Ohio

Booking with Junk King was very easy. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and customer focused. The drivers, John and Alex called before coming out and were on time. They both were very friendly and did a great job!

Thank you Tyrone and Noah for your awesome work helping me clear out my uncles apartment today. I couldn’t believe how much could fit into the truck with room to spare. You said yes to everything and finished the job in under 2 hours. So easy! Thank you Junk King I will absolutely recommend your service and use you again in the future when needed!

Came and hour early with no call..
Friendly and professional, Alex&Austin worked to get the fridge out successfully. Although the fridge wasn't taken apart when Delivered..I let them do their thing! Took less than a half hour which was great. I was asked if this was my first interaction with Junk Kings and said Yes. I was looking forward to the 20dollars off,but I guess since I didn't do it on line&called , I didn't receive the discount. But nice experience.

They came out so quickly. Did a fantastic job hauling away rocks from our yard. They made it seem easy! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience with Junk King. The office staff were easy to schedule with. The on site estimate was very fair, and they even adjusted it on the spot when it turned out it would be less. Tyrone and the other gentlemen were professional, and efficient in and out in less than 45 minutes. 5/22/25.

I highly recommend Junk King, they've helped make my clean out before moving a hassle free experience.

Thanks!

The guys were super efficient and very nice ! it was pretty affordable i definitely recommend!!

Prompt, Hard-working, experienced men who were pleasant doing this unpleasant job of Hauling away two truckloads of basement junk in 93 degree temperatures Thank you so much. I highly recommend this company.

Great service! Guys were super helpful and prompt. They gave us a great price and worked hard. Would highly recommend!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and affordable it was to get my items picked up. I scheduled it online with multiple available pickup windows and received a call when they were half hour away. The 2 employees were nice and worked quickly. I will definitely use them again.

They did an amazing job at taking our garage trash away! Their price was extremely reasonable and we plan on using their services yearly as cleaning out the garage is a yearly task for us 😁. Also, they are super friendly people! I highly recommend their services 😍

On time, polite, professional, asked questions about items to be removed, explained services they offer for any future jobs I might need done. I had my junk already piled up but they will come inside and move/remove items as you direct them, good to know for next time! The two gentlemen worked quickly, quietly and got the job done right! The price was very reasonable in my opinion. I definitely recommend Junk King.

I’ve used their services three times now. They are very good at what they do! But I had a $30 discount from a text message as a returning customer and alternatively a $20 off from scheduling online. Their website as of last week says you can’t use the $20 off for services under $99. Our pickup was their minimum cost $129 but the guy checking me out said I couldn’t use either coupon because they couldn’t go lower than their minimum cost of $129. I feel like that was incorrect, but I asked him if he was certain and he said yes. Was frustrating especially since I’ve used them several times now and will continue to do so that I couldn’t use either of the coupons.

I recently hired Junk King Columbus for a junk removal job, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They arrived right on time, gave me a fair and transparent estimate, and got everything cleared out quickly and with zero hassle. The crew was courteous and respectful of my property, and they made the whole process completely stress-free. I highly recommend Junk King Columbus to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch junk removal services. Five stars all the way!

Used Junk King to get rid of some reno debris. Was going to get a dumpster but glad i didn't! Took away all the junk and cleaned up afterwards. The guys even carried a huge box upstairs for us! Above and beyond! Thanks!

Would have been 5 stars but they called and said they were running late and would not be able to make the 1-3pm window but arrived at 5:10pm. Otherwise the service was outstanding. 2 person crew was in and out in 10 minutes and cleaned up some dead weeds near (under) the stuff I was having removed. Thanks to the crew for doing a fast efficient job. I would use them again.

The gentlemen of Junk King were very flexible, helpful & meticulous! We highly recommend using them for your removal needs.

Junk King was great to deal with.
A heavy couch, recliner and bed were removed from my cousin’s apartment and hauled away.
Easy process and reasonably priced.

We had a Non-working hot tub that needed to be removed. I called Junk King and they did a great job. Professionals on the phone answer my questions and schedule a time to come out. The workers (Wilford and Tyshawn) were right on time and fast and efficient. They were very polite and quoted me a price before they began. They cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Very happy customer. Thank you Junk King for a job well done!!

Very nice guys. Very hard working people. Very polite. Great service. Junk king is very lucky to have those kind of people working for them.

Three very heavy and awkward items were picked up and taken away without fuss. Two men (sorry I’m bad with names but in your system) worked hard and pleasantly. One got two fingers scraped and did not cuss or make a fuss. I would have.
More stuff will be assembled for another haul

Absolutely great experience. Junk King Columbus was able to give me a same day estimate and immediately scheduled to remove a hot tub the next day, they even had someone come and disconnect the electric before removal. The day of the removal in sweltering heat, they removed the hot tub efficiently and were very careful not to disrupt the surrounding landscaping. When finished they cleaned up the site. Would definitely recommend.
