I am thrilled with my experience with MaxForce! They replaced my siding as well as added soffit to my unsightly porch ceiling. I cannot believe how fantastic my house looks now - I keep thinking 'whose house is this?!' whenever I come home because it looks SO much better than it did before. Bakyt was so helpful in taking us through the process before the work began, and then checked in with us each day while it was being done. I was super impressed with the cleanup after the job was completed - it was cleaner than before they came out! I would highly recommend them if you're looking for siding or roofing.

Maxforce Roofing exceeded all my expectations, from the initial inspection through the completion. I needed a full roof replacement but was initially denied by the insurance company. The owners worked diligently on my behalf w/the insurance company and were able to get to ge the full replacement approved. All my questions were answered and detailed explanations were provided every step of the way. Everyone I worked with was professional and prompt including the Roofing crew. Start to finish this company, project mgr, team, products, installation, customer service, keeping on target deadlines was top notch. We selected them from several bids, in part for what they were going to do for us; new roof, roof decking, insulation-attic and walls, new windows, now doors, siding, gutters, eves, facia, and that they support the LGBQTA+ community we were all in and so happy we chose them. Fantastic work ! This was not our first renovation project either. They were great to our tenant as they completed all of the work and kept in touch with us through the entire project. Aim Green is who we’ll going with and recommending for any water restoration work going forward. We worked with Isaiah, Mack and Dominique, all of whom did great work at a much lower price than the competition and were honest, communicative, friendly and punctual throughout the entire process. After our experience with Roto Rooter, I was worried that it would be impossible to find a good local water restoration company and I was glad I was wrong. Here’s how things went for us:

We had a water leak from a broken seal in our garbage disposal and initially went with Roto Rooter to address the water damage. RR sent someone that evening (after a plumber who did great work, see our other review) who gave us a very rough estimate but no contract, and had us sign something which he claimed did not put us on the hook for actual payment. We saw only excerpts of text that we signed. Afterward, we got the full contract, a document we had never been shown, with our signatures applied to a promise to pay a minimum of $4,000 for their services. This number seemed suspiciously tied to our deductible. When a technician arrived the next day — about 8 hours later than scheduled, to figure out what actually had to be done — he described a much smaller scale project than what we had been told about by the first , but nevertheless asserted that we owed the company what was in the contract: a minimum $4,000. He also refused to conduct the work in a manner where we would have to get a new estimate and give consent if the project ballooned in cost. We decided not to go with RR but feared we would not be able to find another company on short notice. We also worried that these practices might be the norm for water restoration services.

Luckily, we were able to get in contact with Isaiah of Aim Green the same evening. He came out within an hour and gave us an estimate of about a quarter of what RR had quoted us for the same work, giving us the same diagnosis and explanation of their reasoning as the RR technician. I was nervous at first when Isaiah asked me what my deductible was after what RR had done, but he went on to say that he was asking because we probably wouldn’t need to make a claim with our insurance due to the small scale of the project. That was the first sign that we could trust his company. The second was when I asked what would happen if the work had to escalate if his initial attempts to remove the moisture didn’t work. Isaiah seemed surprised that I had to ask this and said that they would of course check with us and give us a new estimate before doing any further work. We decided to hire his company.

Isaiah had his crew come in with the equipment about an hour or so later and the moisture issues from the leak were alleviated within two days. He called and scheduled a time to collect the equipment on the second day, and arrived promptly. This might seem like a simple thing but the fact that Isaiah charged us what he quoted, came when he said he would, and never tried to hide the terms of the contract from us seem to be things you can’t take for granted in this industry.

After doing the work at a very reasonable price, Isaiah called Mack and Dominique to come out to fix damage to the cabinets below our sink. Just as with Isaiah, these workers were also cordial, honest and did great work.

Not only do I have no regrets working with Aim Green, I’m relieved to know they’re around. I plan to recommend them to anyone else I know who needs water restoration services in the future.

This company and its entire crew of gentlemen were amazing! Thru were available almost immediately and amazing with communication! Isaiah was just fantastic—cannot say enough good things about his level of professionalism! They were all so pleasant polite and so quick to help! We had to have our entire kitchen flooring and most of cabinets removed due to a leak issue. They tried to disrupt as little as possible while doing so. We had a couple of little problems arise from this situation and they dropped everything to rush out and help us! Very grateful for their hard work and upmost professionalism.I don’t know where we would be without their incredible job!!

Isaiah and his team came in and did a great job on my basement. They removed my carpet and, took everything out. There was nothing for me to clean up. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Isaiah and his team did an excellent job when our entire furnished basement was flooded. They came within the hour and were very kind and reassuring during the full process. Also had somebody come immediately to fix our sump pump when our warranty company dropped the ball. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a great experience working with Isaiah and his team. Isaiah took his time thoroughly inspecting my basement and talking through how to remedy moisture issues and steps for prevention. Other companies rushed the process and just sent a tech out to take pictures. His team was so polite and respectful of my home and even cleaned up scrap wood I had left on my floor. Overall great experience. Don’t go elsewhere. They have all 5 stars for a reason.

I was contacted by Isaiah when I was comparing home remodeling estimates. He was very professional, timely, and honest. I needed a subfloor repair, which would require a new luxury vinyl and shower door installation in the bathroom. My wife and I decided to install luxury vinyl throughout the entire house to match, and Isaiah was happy to include the additional work with the project. We actually turned it into a very nice home remodeling effort, and the results are fantastic!

First let me say that I highly recommend Jim and My Critter Pro. A friend of ours recommended My Critter Pro, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. When I called Jim, originally he told me that they couldn't come out until Friday, but today Jim contacted me and let me know they had a cancellation and that they could come out earlier. When Jim and his partner came out they did a thorough inspection. They both were very professional and courteous, and they took time to put on shoe covers before they came into my house. After they inspected our attic, they showed us pictures of the squirrel they saw and they made some recommendations for what we could do to get rid of the squirrel. We really appreciated how honest and helpful they were. They even gave us suggestions for how we could get rid of the squirrel ourselves and save money. I would definitely call Jim, My Critter Pro again for help with critter removal. I would also feel good about recommending My Critter Pro to my family, friends and neighbors!

We had a bat in the house. I called and they came out shortly after. I called 5 different companies for quotes and theirs came out the lowest. I know you shouldn’t automatically take the lowest bidder but I checked reviews and it seemed they had a good reputation. And I’m glad I did, they were AWESOME! The bat was in a tricky spot, a crevice in the basement floor and they worked their magic. Definitely going to recommend to anyone that has issues with wildlife getting into their homes, I love wildlife but not inside :)

Jim is great! We called in a panic because we were ghosted by another company for a birds nest removal job and Jim and his team were able to come right away! Super nice guy and went above and beyond to clean up the mess the birds left and educated us on how to prevent them from coming again. Will absolutely use My Critter Pro in the future!

I highly recommend My Critter Pro! Jim, the owner, handled our issue himself, and it truly shows in the quality, care, and professionalism he brings to the process. From the first time I text to set up and appointment, Jim was prompt, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable.

My critter pro was awesome! I had a bat in my house after getting some gutter/fascia work done. I called at 9pm and was able to actually speak to someone (I called 2 other 24/7 companies also and got nothing). He came out the next morning, got the bat, inspected my home for entry points, and gave honest recommendations on what he was seeing. Didn’t try to up-charge me for precautions I didn’t need. Hopefully I won’t need there servicing again, but if I do, will absolutely call My Critter Pros.
