We have the best roof in the entire neighborhood! Here are some highlights: 1: Prescott was our Project Manager. I have never been so happy with the level of professionalism and communication from someone in a PM position. He was attentive and only wished to make sure our experience was exceptional. 2: The job only took 1 day! 3: The crew was a breath of fresh air (and women on the crew, bonus in my book)! They laughed and sang while they worked and kept me in a good mood too! 4: I found ONE nail. ONE NAIL, are you kidding? I watched them do 3 passes around the house when cleaning - let me tell you, I don't think there is any other crew on the planet that can find all but one nail. The clean up after was beyond exceptional. Overall, I can't tell you how pleased we are. If you need a new roof, please do yourself a favor and call Prescott, you won't regret it!

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new roof! Harry and Tri State Exteriors helped us from the start working with our insurance company to make the process easier; and when they started on the job, they did exceptional work removing the old roof and installing the new decking and shingles, above and beyond -- all in 8 hours! I expected to have to clean or fix *something*, but it looked like no one had even been there after they left, other than the beautiful new roof, AMAZING, absolutely recommend, A++

Harry Duccilli and his Tri State team were Super professional. Harry inspected my roof from start finish and represented me during my adjustment. He found the necessary storm damage to get a full roof replacement. I like sierra grey Oakridge Owens corning that's what we chose for our roof. Would recommend him to anyone!

We got a new roof,siding, shutters and gutters and the entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Our project manager, Joe lynch was super to work with. He was friendly and courteous while addressing all of our questions. Nick was there with some color advise and his suggestions were spot on. Wonderful customer service from beginning to end. Armando was recommended by our insurance agent. He was very professional and maintained frequent communication throughout our claim process. He represented us very well and we were pleased with the new roof. He was on site the day of installation to assure high quality workmanship. All those working were great!

We're so happy with our new roof! We worked with Harry Duccilli and the process was seamless from beginning to end. He did an inspection and identified severe damage due to storms. We filed with our insurance company and were approved for a complete roof replacement. Harry worked with us and our insurance company to ensure all necessary items were included and covered. The install crew was on-site within days of the approval (no wait!), the clean up was spotless, and the roof looks fantastic! Plus, they added proper venting/ventilation to ensure it was up to date.

We would absolutely recommend Harry and his team to others in the area!

Great service and price. Just had a full roof replacement and Tri State was great to work with. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that I knew all of my options before moving forward. His communication was great throughout the entire process and I always knew what to expect next. Would use them again!

Though Tri-State Exteriors is a small, and new roofing company, it is as good as big and long established companies. Alex and Travis were very good with customer service. Alex was always willing to help answer our questions, and there are many to be asked, when buying a new roof. Alex and Travis were professional, respectful and knew the roofing business well. They worked hard to get as much money as possible from insurance. That being said, getting a new roof today is very expensive. Most of the cost will have to be paid by the customer, not by insurance. We would recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
At the same time, as a homeowner you should know that today, roofing companies outsource the build to third party companies who supply the laborers. They do the build, not the people you do business with. Also, due factors like speed and ordinary standards for workmanship, small problems will happen with every build. Your new roof will have a few imperfections, which are cosmetic. However, the good news is that so long as there are no leaks after the build or in the future, the roof will be OK.

They handed everything with the insurance company, showed up early in the morning on the scheduled date, removed & replaced our roof, and were finished the same day, Cleanup was complete and thorough, with no damage to landscaping, shrubs or yard and with no ad-ons to the original quote. A completely no-hassle transaction!
