Tri State is simply above the rest. Had shingles blow off, came out right after the storm to secure our roof to make sure no damage was sustained. They handled everything. They have excellent staff that go above and beyond to ensure the job is done to the highest quality. This is our 3rd roof replacement, due to moving often due to work, and they stand out in quality, attention to detail, product and professionalism. Insurance even shared that they were great to work with on the back half. Thank you to Anthony and his team.

My experience with Tri State was amazing! My project manager was Anthony Susi, he came and did an inspection on my roof. He determined I had wind and hail damage & suggested making a claim with my insurance company.
My insurance company made the process an absolute pain for many months, Anthony fought with them the entire time, providing them with building codes and all the facts to make sure it got approved. He kept me informed through the whole process & after many denials, I got a full roof replacement on my house & garage, all paid for by my insurance company. My roof looks so good & was finished in one day!! 10/10 recommend Tri- state exteriors. Very professional & knowledgeable & the work they provide is top notch.

Nick Onega, the CEO of Tri State Exteriors LLC, is professional, honest, humble and punctual. At our request, Nick agreed to replace a damaged shingle on our roof at a reasonable price. He did such a great job, we decided to work with his team to install a new roof. We are extremely satisfied with how quickly Tri State Exteriors worked together to complete the task. Nick was also careful to schedule the roof installation with me for a time when the weather was permitting. His pricing is competitive and the quality of his work is outstanding. After noticing some water damage inside my house, a friend recommended Tri-State Exteriors to me. I contacted them, and Prescott guided me throughout the process, inspected my roof, coordinated with the insurance company, and replaced the roof shingles.

Nick and his crew from Tri-State Exteriors is top notch! Nick was actually the second company we had come out to inspect our roof. Within 5 minutes of talking to him, we were absolutely set to use them to replace our roof. Nick and his team were exceptionally on time for every appointment, professional, informative, always returned calls and emails within hours of contacting him, and even helped guide us through all of the steps for the insurance claims. Before we had our roof replaced, he told us of homes close to us that had the various colors we were deciding on so that we could see them before we decided. Once we chose our color, we had his team out within a few days with all of the materials delivered and the entire roof replaced in the same day before I even returned home from work. Roof looks great! Would recommend them to ANYONE in need of and honest inspection/estimate, any roof repairs, or a full roof replacement. I would have given them 6 stars if I was able to do so! I've recently had the pleasure of meeting and working with Travis H from Tri State Exteriors & if ten stars were available I would quickly respond with a 10 STARS rating, in a heartbeat! While I hesitantly allowed Travis and his team to investigate my roof after a sizable hail storm late summer '23, I quickly realized what a Blessing it was that he knocked on my door. From the start, he not only explained everything in great detail, but he truly helped me learn along the way. It became crystal clear that he is truly an educated expert in all things relating to exterior renovation, from the roof, gutters, siding and more, going well beyond just hardware but to navigate the profess of dealing with insurance companies and appraisers as well. Travis made everything seamless, crazy efficient and thoroughly pain free. He quickly and consistently addressed any worries that I may have otherwise experienced throughout this process, proactively. At no point in time was I concerned or questioning anything, as he was so prompt and attentive to educate me as a homeowner. No doubt about it, I have gained immense benefit in upgrading the equity of my home by choosing to work with with Travis and Tri State Exteriors. Even the owner Nick checked in on my level of satisfaction and what is a relatively small sq footage project, this truly made me feel valued. The first thing you should know before you read this is a sentence or two about me - I don't leave reviews. I never rank anyone with 'stars' - and one of the main reasons is that very few websites offer the ranking option of zero stars - if a zero star option was common, I'd leave more reviews.

Now onto my experience with Tri-State Roofing. Travis was incredibly helpful walking our family through the seemingly limitless maze of decisions and important milestones that go into evaluating, repairing, replacing a new roof - all while navigating questions from a 78-year-old grandmother with grace on one hand and equipping us with rock solid information to pass on our insurance company on the other hand.

Tri-State roofing (primarily Travis, but also Nick & Finn) did an amazing job coordinating our roof install - from prep through quality assurance, they were there every step of the way - communicating all the while. Our house is the very definition of 'non-standard' and there are a number of features that many contractors have never seen in a house built in Ohio - the folks at Tri-State were quick to understand and offer relevant and professional advice and guidance when we needed it most.

I've already recommended them to friends and neighbors (who all witnessed the impressive 1-day install). If I ever need another roof they'll be my first call - but honestly, with the job that they did, there's a fair chance I won't be around to make that call.

Wow! We really appreciated the great job and ease of working with TRI STATE EXTERIOR. Our day care business was able to actually afford a new roof! We could not have been able to replace our roof without their guidance and help. It was amazing to watch them work and be completely done within one day! There were over 40 workers that came and worked like a well oiled machine, completely in sync! It is an immaculate roof! They even painted rusted areas around the roof so our building looks almost new!! Thank you for making this an easy process as well as affordable. They kept in constant contact with us and helped us with the insurance paperwork. Thank you for all your help. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

The process was pretty easy, despite the insurance company being a pain in the butt. Alex was a great contact point and provided me with all the answers for any concerns or questions I had. I switched my shingle color last minute which I know was a pain for them but they got it done and it looks great! Will definitely recommend!

Travis did a super job working with my insurance company to get my claim approved! Travis was very detailed in his inspection and found damage that many contractors would have missed on windows and siding, which helped maximized my insurance reimbursement! The installation team was excellent as well...great care was taken to protect landscape plants, air conditioner and many other things from damage! Installation was very efficient...the job was completed in less than 1 day...very hard workers! Clean-up was super...you couldn't even tell that they were there! The quality of work was excellent with no faults! I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, high quality work, efficiency, super clean-up, friendliness and overall just a great company!!! He gave us a thorough explanation of the damage he found, as well as what to expect throughout out the process. He was attentive to our questions about insurance and timing. They showed attention to detail by using high-quality Owens Corning Shingles in Estate Gray, ice guard, drip edge, fireplace flashing and synthetic roofing felt. Harry Duccilli did an excellent job making sure that the roof we have would be covered by insurance. He was also very helpful picking out the right roof for our home and very responsive to messages. He and his team were able to inspect and complete a roof installation while our neighbors, who chose a different roofing team, waited several months after having insurance approval. I would highly recommend Harry and his team to anyone that is considering a roof repair and/or replacement.

Donny was patient with us while we worked through the process and made the decisions that needed to be made. Not once did he get pushy or try to make us make a decision. Complete professional. Donny and Nick were the first ones to show up and the last ones to leave. They made stayed to make sure everything was exactly as they would want for their own homes. After some storm damage we were able to file a claim with our insurance and have Tri State install a brand new roof that looks a thousand times better than the old one.
